The drinks are excellent and the service too, we had some bruschettine and I found them a bit poor
06/04/2024: Arrival at opening hours. Rather dirty outdoor patio... you can notice ashtrays full of cigarettes probably there for days (I could understand at the end of an evening with a large turnout but shortly after the opening with the place practically empty it simply means that they don't clean them). I hear some ladies asking to sit on the veranda behind them.. the answer is a firm no.. I quickly drink my spritz for 5 euros without even giving you two chips and I leave.. too bad because in terms of furnishings the The place is very nice but the management needs to be totally reviewed..

07/04/2024: As far as I'm concerned, it's the point of reference in Vicenza for Mediterranean fish cuisine. Quality always at the top, the menu adapts to the catch, refined but simple dishes, informal and professional service.
Many restaurants today pay too much attention to form and too little to substance, but at Molo (2024) the substance is there, good dishes, right portions, in short, you don't leave hungry, like in other renowned places.
17/03/2024: I rarely give 5 stars, last night the staff outdid themselves with the wine pairing.

29/03/2024: I stopped for a quick lunch, the idea was to eat a salad or a couple of cicchetti, the environment is elegant, the service is fast, accurate, a little too formal for a bistro... I ordered an avocado toast despite noting a slightly high price (€10), normally throughout the world smoked salmon and obviously avocado are expected, I received a slice of toast, also small, with avocado and a sliced hard-boiled egg with a few salad leaves! €10 wasted... then we had the polenta with creamed cod, no big deal, I've had better things! Exaggerated prices, cover charge €4 per person, I can understand if we had been for dinner but for a quick lunch it seems exaggerated, we will never return
27/03/2024: I went there for small aperitivo. We had avocado toast, bruschetta, potato croquettes, and ham crunch. The ham crunch was the highlight of the food ordered. The drinks were also good. We had an aperol spritz, hugo, and asian mule. The asian mule had matcha and I was positively surprised with this drink. I would highly recommend if you’re in the area.

06/04/2024: Comfortable and very spacious environment, friendly and kind staff, in the service I gave 4 stars and not 5 because it would have been more discreet if they had covered the bill at the table... simply turning the receipt face down so that it does not saw the amount... even if you knew how much it was. 🤷♀️
05/04/2024: Historic brewery in Vicenza. At lunch there is a business menu with a choice of different first and second courses every day, in addition to the restaurant menu with bruschetta and pizza. Good choice of draft and bottled beers. In summer there is an outdoor veranda.

27/03/2024: The food was excellent. It’s a surprising find in a quiet neighborhood and well worth the trip. Make a reservation! It was full on Saturday night. Parking is on the street and you might have to park a couple hundred meters away on a busy night.
21/03/2024: Delicious risottos with excellent combinations. I recommend booking.

22/03/2024: A fairly intimate venue, located very close to the city centre. The cuisine is basically based on dishes with parmesan, the cured meats are of good quality, but I consider the price not commensurate with the product. Perhaps 25/30% less would close the gap.
