20/01/2025: I am writing on behalf of the Demeral company to express our heartfelt compliments to Silvia and all the staff. We organized our company dinner and we were extremely satisfied with their availability, the accuracy in the organization and the quality of the cuisine. They followed our every wish down to the smallest detail, showing great flexibility even in last minute changes. From the aperitif to the rest of the dinner, concluding with the dessert, we were unable to choose which dish we liked the most, as each course was truly exquisite. All employees were thrilled with the experience. Another appreciation goes to the location, which turned out to be perfect for the occasion.

26/12/2024: What can I say, a dream place in the midst of nature and animals, a show run by two wonderful people who take care of the customers with love, I ate at Christmas and I was super happy and so were my family, the food was exceptional a mouth-watering cut, a really good mess, heartfelt thanks to Luciano and Erika for making us have a fabulous day, I really recommend it to everyone ❤️

Nuova Pizzeria "Val Leogra"

01/08/2024: Non si può resistere al richiamo della tradizione locale che, in questo mese in cui si celebra l’Ascensione, prepara la Bondola (o Bondiola) con cura e attenzioni fin dalla preparazione dell’ insaccato. In Valleogra è un “rito” che si perpetua dalla notte dei tempi.. Bondola è un insaccato di macinato dal maiale nel suo bidello; nella pasta è simile al Cotechino, nella forma rotondeggiante ben trattenuta da appositi spaghi. La sua concia è ricetta segreta.. ogni Mas-ciaro (Norcino) ha la sua.. che si tramanda di padre in figlio. La tradizione propone la farcitura centrale con la lingua del maiale. La sua cottura è altro momento delicato.. perché è di lunga durata ma a temperatura controllata, mai troppo alta. Qui ce l’hanno servita nella piena osservanza del Disciplinare che regola il procedimento, dalla preparazione dell’insaccato, alla concia e alla cottura. Immancabile polentina, calici di fresco ottimo vivace Rosato Veneto. Ma fra noi qualcuno ha preferitola Pizza.. sempre all’Altezza!
30/06/2024: Complimenti per la pizza,veramente ottima come impasto,prodotti usati,cottura eccellente chapeaux al settore pizzeria.Complimenti anche alla titolare,se non erro si chiama Cristina,per la sua educazione,gentilezza e disponibilità, mi propongo di provare anche la cucina,certamente ottima auguro una buona continuazione ed ancora complimenti
