07/05/2025: I gave one star, but it would be zero. Unfortunately, my recent experience at Rishi Thiene was decidedly disappointing. From the beginning, the waiting times were very long: we waited too long to receive the dishes, even though the place was not particularly crowded. When the sushi finally arrived at the table, it was unfortunately hot and the salmon with a dark colour. A truly unusual and unpleasant feature for a dish that should be fresh and of high quality. As if that wasn't enough, at the time of the bill, we had to pay 71 euros, a decidedly high sum considering the quality and service received. I expected at least a gesture of attention or an explanation, but none of this happened. Ultimately, an experience I will not repeat. I hope that the restaurant can take note of these problems to improve the service in the future

26/03/2025: Lots of choice and you can really indulge yourself both all-you-can-eat and à la carte via tablet. All-you-can-eat starts from a fixed base of 25 euros. Good plate of Udon with vegetables, good tempura vegetables and Mochi for dessert. Low cost: 28 euros. I would say good. 🙂

Nulla da dire per la qualità degli ingredienti di ottimo livello ma il servizio lento, già dalla prenotazione quando invece delle ore 20 mi chiedono di arrivare alle 19.45 mah mai capitato ma la cosa folle è che per 2 spritz, 2 pizze , 2 birre e 2 dolci abbiamo speso 75 euro!!!! Follia pura!!!!

12/04/2025: Never again!!! Nothing to say about the excellent quality of the ingredients but the slow service, right from the booking when instead of 8pm they ask me to arrive at 7.45pm but the crazy thing is that for 2 spritzes, 2 pizzas, 2 beers and 2 desserts we spent 75 euros!!!! Pure madness!!!!

06/05/2025: The pizza arrived on time, hot and really good! We took the dough with 5 cereals, good and digestible.

11/03/2025: Really rude staff... as soon as the pizza arrived it was all cold and all rubbery... I will never go back again for sure.

19/04/2025: Terrible experience at McDrive on April 18th around 7pm. I found myself in front of a rude and arrogant sales assistant, who instead of listening to me thought it best to scold me because - according to him - I should have made the change first with the other colleague. Too bad I had already repeated it to him three times with extreme clarity. Not only did he not solve anything, but he also had a surly and unsympathetic attitude. If you can't handle a simple order politely, maybe you shouldn't be in contact with the public. Zero professionalism.*CHOOSE YOUR STAFF BETTER*

12/04/2025: The sandwiches are made well and are good and the employees are always kind... the only flaw? Something is always missing whether you order it in a bag or at the Mc Drive. Today I went with the kids and I rushed in to get the bag, unfortunately I only noticed once at home that all the chips from the menu were missing..

01/05/2025: I'm giving two stars only for the kindness of the staff, otherwise it wouldn't even deserve half a star. Today 1 May 2025 I came here for lunch, the service was very slow despite it being almost empty. The food either had no flavor or tasted old, the nighiri rice was sticky. I literally ate out of hunger and so as not to waste what I had on my plate, I would never go back
