28/02/2026: Terrible service and rude people.

18/02/2026: King Drive-Through seems to redefine the concept of space and time... unfortunately, in a negative sense. Waits regularly exceed 25–30 minutes just to order, regardless of the time. The experience is often frustrating: several products are unavailable, sometimes with the explanation of broken or out-of-order machinery. The staff is also very young and the staff turnover is frequent, giving the impression of shaky management. And those who frequent the drive-through know that the "three for one" option often works: you pay for three products but receive one complete one, because sometimes items are missing and reports made to the restaurant seem to get lost in the void. Overall, a service that could use some real improvement.

07/03/2026: Everything was very nice, the food was good, the guys who served were very kind, the only problem is the person at the cash register who has to be more careful since more than once the bill was mistaken and it was higher due to non-existent additions.... be careful!!

02/03/2026: I went to hear a cover band, I have to say it's one of the places with top audio!

30/11/2025: ...don't even ask about Stefano. The answers are vague, with faces and stupid smiles. Since I'm now back where I drank well last spring (with Stefano), I ask for a Last Word. The bartender, who had earlier promoted herself, doesn't hide: she doesn't know what it is. So she tries the menu, which I decline: what could she possibly offer me? I'm thirsty, I still have an hour until dinner, and I already had a terrible Gin & Tonic at Buzzolan because it was on offer. I throw out a Daiquiri, what could possibly go wrong? Instead, things will go worse, starting with the glass: crude in its supposed refinement, heavy, too thick. Finally, the cocktail: it's too diluted, too sweet, not exactly cold, and the lime juice isn't fresh. Conclusion: Stefano has most likely returned to his former hometown of Thiene, where the drinking is truly awful.

30/11/2025: I decided to organize a birthday party at Botanico 87 and was absolutely delighted! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and ready to accommodate any request. The atmosphere was perfect: I reserved the room, and despite it being a small bar, we weren't disturbed by other customers. Upon request, they brought us cicchetti cut in half, which were very generous and had sophisticated flavors. TOP!

26/10/2025: EMBARRASSING! After ordering a juice, a croissant, and a cappuccino, and waiting for HALF AN HOUR, we received nothing. Chaos, lost orders, people getting up and leaving. We left too. Ordered at 9:40, left at 10:10. Not even a restaurant waits that long. You were supposed to just put some things on the tray, but priority is given to the person at the counter who orders you a beer at 9:50 in the morning. Never again, change management, do something, embarrassing. Total disorganization, anarchy.

04/03/2026: We went for lunch today and were very disappointed with the experience. The food was truly awful and low-quality. The fish wasn't fresh at all and smelled bad. The first courses were also very disappointing and tasteless. My friend also felt ill right after finishing lunch.

23/02/2026: The sushi preparation 🍣 wasn't fresh, some of the food was frozen. The salmon and shrimp weren't very fresh and tasted fishy. I had a stomach ache. I didn't pay much attention to the food. I even consider raw fish dangerous. The atmosphere wasn't up to par, the service was unfriendly, and there were fake smiles. I'm sorry, but I won't be back.

10/02/2026: Unprofessional staff, poor organization, the pizza chef and cashier (I assume the owners) are rude and rude. For example, I had a small child in attendance who was fascinated by the pizza chef's work and was watching him intently, but this was only met with disdainful looks from the cashier and the pizza chef himself. Furthermore, I had to wait, perhaps due to the lack of staff. While waiting, I also took a look around the pizzeria and I have to say that hygiene standards are not up to par. In short, there are few reasons to eat here. Unfortunately, the pizza isn't bad, although given the overall situation, it's not worth it at all. I wouldn't recommend it.

26/12/2025: Friendly and patient staff; takeout pizzas with a perfect combination of ingredients. A menu that satisfies every customer (and prices more than justified by the quality of the ingredients); always on-time deliveries. The half-meter pizza is also delicious. Overall, a highly recommended experience (well-deserved 5 stars).

24/02/2026: Since I discovered Green Pizza, I haven't gone anywhere else, especially for vegan options. Last time, I had one with grilled vegetables and vegan mozzarella: crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and the ingredients all tasted fresh, probably just like they say. The place is clean, the atmosphere simple but welcoming when I pick up, and the staff is always smiling, even on busy nights. It's a bit pricey compared to traditional pizzerias, but for healthy, organic food, it's the right compromise. Plus, my sister's gluten-free pizza was excellent; it didn't even seem like an alternative. Highly recommended for those looking for quality!

25/10/2025: We stopped this afternoon, we ate a delicious cream brioche, and also a good coffee, the owner was very kind, I recommend it, everything made by them!!!

13/10/2025: I came to this place a few days ago, it wasn't the first time; the atmosphere is very nice and the pastries are very good. But I won't be returning, because I came on a Friday morning with my friend and colleague, before starting my shift. We spent an hour at the bar, and when we got up, the lady at the bar, seeing how young we were, decided to SHOUT at us if we needed a job and invited us back the next day for a fitting. We thanked her and said we were fine. I took it very badly and thought about it; the lady didn't mean to invite us at all, but rather to make fun of us... you have to be careful how you talk to people.

14/09/2025: The place is very clean, the staff is well-organized, and they work hard to prepare burgers and other delicacies, making them true explosions of flavor. The beautiful Miriana and the other girls, always smiling, make this place top-notch. McDonald's in Thiene is super.

09/09/2025: Totally messed up, unable to manage. I waited an hour for the menu. Lots of people running around and yelling.

04/12/2025: Good focaccia, but you can't request additional ingredients that would change the standard menu. A great idea is to give change via two machines connected to two cash registers, which saves the counter staff, who are constantly in contact with the food, from having to handle the money (see photo). A definitely welcome idea for improved hygiene. The staff is friendly and helpful.

26/01/2026: Ordered from the menu: salad for the first course, followed by polenta and cod. Everything arrived together after "only" 25 minutes. The polenta and cod were at room temperature, far from hot. The polenta wasn't even cooked (precooked flour mixed with warm water), justifying it with: polenta gone! The cod was stringy, with no aroma or flavor. "Cold polenta isn't even worth a visit," my grandmother used to say. We're putting ourselves on the cross.

12/11/2025: The three of us drivers paid 46 euros each with a garlic, oil and chilli pepper dish and a plate of cheese and 2 bottles of wine and it was a complete disgrace.
