06/03/2024: The staff sneered behind the counter and made sure my food went sideways, terrible service

29/02/2024: My boyfriend and I often go to this Burger King when we crave fast food. We usually prefer table service, but we have also had the opportunity to be served at the drive-thru. I must say that, in general, there is a great atmosphere inside the place. Usually when I look at the employees of a fast food restaurant they are always very depressed or listless. However, in this Burger you can really see that there is a lot of teamwork behind the scenes. The kids seem cheerful, and joking with each other, as they work. Something that I always like to notice in the places I frequent, and which pushes me to return to a given place. We have always enjoyed eating here, in recent years, the service is very fast and the food is good. I'm getting hungry again just thinking about it... We'll have to make another visit in the next few days. 🤣

29/03/2024: Chaotic in service. Totem did not issue a receipt and therefore although they said that having paid we would have been served, this was not the case. Order redone, paid a second time while the manager tried to trace the previous payment. Final result eaten after an hour, they brought us the coffees together with the sandwiches and despite the employee's efforts we still haven't had the double payment cancelled. I don't think we will return

30/03/2024: I don't know who runs the place in Thiene. It certainly has huge staffing problems. I arrive, I go to get something at the bar, it was early, not many people. 4 people behind the counter… on the phone. I order and the bartender, dressed like when you go to the garden, tells me that I have to go to the cash register. The speaker is 40cm from me. I ask if the cashier, sitting at the opposite register without people and on the phone, can come and annoyed she arrives. I go up to the club, no one, a girl drops a glass of coke on the bar seats and apologizing goes to tell the bartenders and they, strictly on the phone, hand him a piece of paper 😳 €3 for a cover band 😂😂 well, it will be the world today but in this place they will never see me again.

24/03/2024: All in all we had a nice dinner: as soon as we entered we were welcomed with open arms by a young and affable staff who led us to the table. Once we had put our minds at rest, we ordered the dishes from the menu that can be scanned via QR code. The essential strong point of the restaurant is the speed with which customers are served, for five people it took approximately ten minutes, a record time for a restaurant of such prestige. Menu full of masterly options, among these I highly recommend the "Chicken Nuggets" and the "Classic Burger", underlining the excellent cooking of the burger. It is necessary to point out that the Burgers are served with a relatively large portion of french fries accompanied by pink sauce. Prices consistent with the impeccable service offered. Excellent choice if you want to enjoy an interactive gaming experience during dinner; Remote controls are given to each table, these allow you to participate in a general knowledge quiz projected on the numerous televisions available in the room. Postscript: Separate accounts are not usually made at the checkout on weekends.

29/03/2024: Stopping for dinner by chance we were welcomed very well, we ate the fish starter, the nice dry fried food, and also the good cod without too much oil as you find in other places. The fresh wine was just right. The price is also reasonable. Recommended.

31/03/2024: We went for a family lunch, we waited 15 minutes to get water and the kids' juices, 25 minutes looking at the clock to get the first courses, after asking the waiter what's happening and getting a shocking response "you have to be patient" 😅 I went to ask the girl in the house what's happening that we don't get the orders, same answer, "you have to be patient because there are a few delays in the kitchen*. We returned home hungry, but the more I felt sorry for the children. To never again.

26/03/2024: I used to really like the place, it had fresh products, lots of variety, but in the last year it has gotten worse. Few flavors of ice cream available, no or very few snacks or sandwiches, dry and clearly old croissants... sorry... a disappointment. And above all...do they know that it is theoretically illegal not to make separate accounts?

01/04/2024: Booked for lunch from the site. Confirmation email arrived. I show up on site, after 20 km of travel, at the indicated time and find the place closed. I try to contact by phone but the number is unreachable.

01/04/2024: As a celiac, I can say a terrible experience. Not being able to order pizza, they offered me the salad or the cold cuts and cheese platter... In the end I settled for some cured meats, because there were no cheeses or vegetables (very strange given that they had offered them to me). Since it was Easter Monday, they could organize themselves better with supplies. At least I drank a good coffee, after watching others enjoy a good dessert. To never again
