03/10/2025: We stayed at Barricata for 10 days in September. We'd always stayed at Isamar Holiday Village, but we'd wanted to try this place for a while. Let me just say we were more than disappointed. The children weren't allowed to play freely at the pool, and the supervisors were constantly whistling for every little thing. We were also told there was no age restriction for any of the slides, but we were proven wrong. UNFORTUNATELY!!! The service in the shop was also terrible, as we constantly felt unwelcome. Unfortunately, there are many more points I could mention, but I'll leave them aside. In summary, we ended our vacation two days early because we just wanted to go home. And we're not a family that complains a lot, as we just want a nice vacation with our children, which was absolutely not possible here. We will not recommend this campsite.

30/09/2025: We've been coming to this resort for five years and have always had a great time. This year we stayed in a Deluxe Safari Tent, but in previous years we've also tried other accommodations; the highlight of almost all the accommodations is the front porches, a space that's very popular in the summer. The resort isn't too big, so you can easily explore on foot. The amenities are excellent: a market, bar, restaurant, and restrooms. And there are soccer fields, tennis courts, paddle tennis, and volleyball courts, as well as a remarkable water park. Beaches with amenities (and some wilder ones) are just steps away.

24/11/2025: Oh, please, don't call it a pub. This place is a real restaurant in every sense of the word. Located in Piazza Castello in Marostica, the main square of this famous town, where every two years a live chess game takes place. Here you can find traditional Venetian dishes with a modern twist. The Vicenza-style cod with polenta was delicious. Tasty dishes, generous portions, quick service, and fair prices are typical. Truly very good.

18/10/2025: Fantastic second course, sliced ​​Iberian beef with vegetables, they also have 0% alcohol, excellent location, in front of the chess square. Friendly staff.

07/11/2025: Trattoria Caissa in Marostica is definitely worth a visit. We came here for lunch and felt warmly welcomed from the start. The restaurant is very clean, well-kept, and welcoming, with a family atmosphere. We chose the two-course lunch menu. For the first course, we enjoyed radicchio risotto, creamy and delicate, with the characteristic slightly bitter flavor of radicchio. For the second course, we had prosciutto with omelette, simple but very flavorful and made with fresh ingredients. For sides, we could choose baked potatoes or vegetables, and the menu price (€20) also included water or wine, which was a real treat. The lady who served us was kind and helpful—she showed us around the restaurant, including the first-floor dining room and the terrace, which in the summer is filled with flowers and offers a beautiful view of the castle. It was clear she was truly proud of this place, and rightly so. In conclusion, for the quality of the food, the atmosphere, the cleanliness, and the hospitality, Trattoria Caissa is a place I highly recommend to anyone visiting Marostica and the surrounding area. We'll be happy to return.

03/12/2025: A lovely venue in Piazza degli Scacchi in Marostica, and the only one with a wide selection of cocktails and spirits. Reservations are required because it's not very large, especially if you're planning on dining. While for a rum sip, you might be lucky enough to find a free seating area or a few stools at the bar. Service is fast. The option of arriving after dinner and having dessert (both excellent) is also excellent, with just a mojito or sangria, my favorite.

23/09/2025: We had dinner for two on a Friday night, two main courses, nachos while we waited for our main course, beer and water. Finally, a fresh dessert and a chocolate menu that still lingers in my mouth.

11/08/2025: Raw fish is not something to joke about. Anyone can make a mistake, but the first thing to do is chill the fish. I don't want to be harsh, but be careful, especially in the summer. If you don't have the right staff, replace them, because you shouldn't joke about your health. Raw fish should be served cold, and the dish arrived hot. Thanks for the discount, but it's not enough.

27/07/2025: We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. We were out on our motorcycles and stopped in spontaneously. Incredibly delicious food, superb quality, and even more friendly service. The tuna was divine, as was all the other food we had. We'd love to come back.

15/10/2025: Very tasty, great selection, including hot meals for lunch. Nice service. Friendly and attentive. Seats are available inside and outside. Parking is more likely outside the city walls.

12/10/2025: Even though we had a quick lunch at the bakery counter, the service was impeccable. The staff deserves special mention for their kindness and helpfulness. All the girls served with a smile☺️. That's become rare these days! Really well done.

08/11/2025: For Italians, no, but for tourists who don't know much about food, it's perfectly fine. The tagliata for €21 was tough, overcooked, and tasteless. We told the waiter—no reaction. €2 off a bill of €100. Ridiculous. Dessert? Excellent—but it's just liqueur poured straight from the bottle 🤣

04/11/2025: Unfortunately, I don't have many good things to say about this pizzeria. I called and ordered calzones, but at home, the food I received was completely different from what I'd ordered on the phone. They brought me a calzone with fatty, tough scraps of hand-chopped cooked ham, which actually made me vomit, so much so that I couldn't even eat dinner and was left without it. As soon as we realized the problem, my partner and I immediately contacted the restaurant to clarify what had happened, but their response was that they were closing. In the following days, I contacted them again, and aside from their rudeness and surly behavior, they refused any response, not a refund, not a voucher, nothing. It should also be noted that they even threatened to come to our house, complete with a lawsuit, despite having threatened and defrauded them by taking our money! Pure squalor, I've never seen such incompetence and rudeness. I'm truly shocked. After this, I think it's clear that my rating is even below zero!

29/10/2025: Amazing pizzas, with top-notch quality and ingredients, both locally sourced and locally sourced. Impeccable customer service: any imperfection is remedied as quickly as possible, with meticulous attention to detail, from the ingredients to delivery, handled with friendliness, kindness, and genuine clarity. What can I say? "SUPER is the right name."
