Homemade guanciale sauce (stewed pork cheek) was delicious, "ossi boiledi" (lessi) was a super local traditional dish, never eaten before, delicious, and the stewed cabbage, a variation on "savory cabbage," was delicious and original. I finally discovered a trattoria worthy of its name, not a reinterpretation of the usual Cantabrian burrata and anchovies, which even the worst pizzerias offer nowadays...

Basic place, but what kind of trattoria would it be otherwise...
Including water and coffee, total €16.50
If I didn't live in Mestre, I'd go there every day and I know I'd be surprised, and only positive ones.

The restaurant isn't large, so it can get noisy on peak nights.
Good service.
04/10/2025: We were celebrating a friend.
We used the pizza spinner, and it was very good, thin and crispy with great flavors. The staff was courteous and efficient. I've been there before, always satisfied. The atmosphere was simple but clean. In my opinion, the large dining room could do with some soundproofing.

26/10/2025: A beautiful facility with numerous rooms and a spacious entrance hall, complete with a bar and tables for sitting and eating or drinking.
Immense parking.
Excellent acoustics and very comfortable seating.

03/08/2025: A simple yet clean and welcoming location. Kudos to Mirella, who expertly and professionally recommended typical local dishes. This isn't the first time I've had the pleasure of tasting and appreciating Sardinian cuisine, but at Quadrifoglio I had the best gnocchi with sauce and sausage of my life. Salvatore was excellent, with a top score. The mixed grill, what more can I say? Perfectly cooked and truly excellent quality. Excellent value. The owners' friendliness and empathy are the icing on the cake. Thank you so much. We'll be back soon...very soon, in fact. For now, warmest regards from Bologna.

03/02/2026: I gave the service 4 stars for two reasons: first, the half-hour wait for the pizzas to arrive, and second, the fact that there was only one spicy oil in the entire pizzeria really shocked me. I don't mean to be malicious in this description, but I did it so I could improve in the future.
I gave 5 stars for the location and the food, because they deserve both!!! EXCELLENT PIZZA!!!

16/12/2025: For me, this is the best pizza I've ever eaten in Italy. Taste is very subjective, but try it and believe it.
29/08/2025: Overall, the atmosphere was nice and the service was flawless, but honestly, €90 for four pizzas and four Cokes seems like a bit of a stretch.
Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be back.
