11/01/2026: I called to ask for information. The opening hours say they're open late, and they said, "Don't bother me." Highly not recommended!!

02/12/2025: Overall, everything went well, except for a couple of negatives. When I arrived, the bathroom fixtures hadn't been cleaned externally, without going into detail. Another negative was Sunday breakfast, because on Saturday the croissant was fresh, but on Sunday it wasn't. From a 4-star superior hotel, I definitely expect more than just displaying yesterday's croissants. I'm confident these errors will be resolved because I intend to return. After returning, I corrected this with a 4-star rating. None of the previous issues occurred, everything was clean.

27/11/2025: My stay at the GHV Hotel & Spa was very enjoyable, and I can certainly recommend it. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, and the bed was comfortable. The staff deserves special mention – polite, helpful, and professional at every stage of the stay. A big plus is the spa area, where you can truly relax, as well as the rich and delicious breakfasts with a wide selection. The hotel also has convenient parking and a good location for those traveling by car. I will definitely return next time and recommend it for both private and business trips.

28/12/2025: A traditional trattoria with excellent dishes. Friendly and helpful staff. The tagliata is excellent, but the other dishes are also delicious and well-prepared. Recommended.

03/03/2026: Square is a staple for me: every time I return, it lives up to my expectations. I've been frequenting this restaurant for years and it has never disappointed me. The atmosphere is welcoming and meticulously crafted, perfect for a pleasant evening. The burgers are excellent, made with fresh ingredients and thoughtful combinations. Even though the menu is extensive, I always choose my favorite, Papino's, which I never tire of and delivers the same level of pleasure every time. Special credit goes to the staff, always kind and helpful. They're attentive, smiling, and ready to offer advice. This makes every visit even more enjoyable and truly makes me feel at home.

24/02/2026: The pulled pork was good, and the sandwiches were too small for my taste (150 grams). I didn't like the price of water (€4.50) for half a liter; it doesn't seem fair to me for someone who has to drive and pushes customers to order beer. We spent €180 for 4 sandwiches, fries, 2 appetizers, dessert, and 4 waters. Excessive if you consider that these ingredients, apart from the pulled pork, are cheap.

09/11/2025: I don't know how we did it, but we paid €48 for four 33cl bottles of water, two appetizers for €6 each, and two pizzas (speck and mascarpone, and a ricotta with porchetta). The pizzas all ranged from €7 to €11. My speck and mascarpone was off-menu, while my girlfriend's was €11. So even if we considered €11 for my pizza (€11 for 2 pizzas + €6 for 2 appetizers), we'd still be missing €14 for water and service charge... It seems really excessive... I don't know if they were trying to scam us or if they simply miscalculated. Either way, it's unacceptable. As for the service, the waitress who served us was incredibly anxious. She didn't give us time to choose what to order or to enjoy our meal. She kept coming back to see if we were finished or to take away the little we'd consumed. Obviously, he behaved the same way towards the other customers, who were quick to make comments or jokes among themselves. In conclusion, a 2/10 experience. I wouldn't recommend this place. The food is okay, but the prices are excessive and the service is bizarre.

26/07/2025: I waited for a home delivery pizza for 1 hour and a half and they told me that the pizza would arrive at 8.15pm. It's 9pm and the pizza hasn't arrived yet. FIRST AND LAST TIME. I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE IT.

29/11/2025: One of the best takeout pizzerias in Creazzo! The pizza is truly delicious, with quality ingredients and, most importantly, always on time! Very reasonable prices, and you can also get a stamp collection card with a free pizza upon completion. Highly recommended!

17/12/2025: I was here this morning to pick up a package that the GLS courier had dropped off at this location. As soon as I entered, I greeted politely, but the male owner didn't return the greeting and looked at me contritely and askance, as if I were bothering him. To pick up the package, I then approached the woman directly, I presumed his wife, and without greeting her, she said "courier"... So I said "yes," and she, annoyed and rude, repeated "courier"!!! Only then did I understand she was asking me which courier I had requested the package be delivered with... perhaps, to avoid any misunderstandings, it would have been enough to simply say in correct Italian, "with which courier?" or "which courier?" Then she asked me for the QR code, which I immediately provided, and almost aggressively asked me to sign for receipt on my tablet. I picked up the package and left without saying goodbye, treating these people rudely too! If you work with the public and don't have a modicum of savoir faire and politeness with customers, in my opinion, you should change careers. You're the one who needs customers, not the customers who need you, just so we're clear! We all have our problems, to a greater or lesser extent, but these should be kept out of the workplace, and our own repressions and frustrations, as in this case, should be left out! I don't know what kept me from responding rudely and rudely to the lady, but if it happens again in the future, I certainly won't hesitate... if anyone is used to being treated like dirt by these people, well, sorry, but I'm not one of them!
