09/11/2025: An amazing sensory experience... after years, we returned to savor Davide's cuisine... something sublime, I can safely say that I have never tasted meat and fish with these flavors, something truly worth trying, something that will greatly raise your comparison method. The only flaw in my opinion is the quality of the desserts, but apart from that, the game is unplayable for anyone. Congratulations!!!!!

03/11/2025: We've eaten Brustolà several times at the historic "La Villa" in San Quirico di Valdagno, and we wanted to try this second restaurant owned by the Orsato family. Brustolà, a focaccia made with a dough they invented, is served with a variety of top-quality ingredients to create exceptional dishes, with wonderful and truly interesting pairings. The Brustolà Tour is a great option, allowing you to sample multiple variations. The beer is excellent, especially the red one. The service is fast and compatible with the busy schedule and the restaurant. The staff is very friendly, and the place is very nice and clean.
Prices are in line with the quality of the product. Reservations are recommended. Well done!
26/10/2025: We stopped for dinner and it was a lovely discovery. The pizza was excellent, and the menu offered something different than other places (you won't find the usual options here). It was generous and made with top-quality ingredients.
The Cimbrian ice cream was also very good; I expected something more from the beer I chose.

09/11/2025: We booked for seven, six of us dined, specifying at the time that the seventh person would not be coming.
The final bill also included the seventh cover charge; according to them, if they had known this in advance, they could have given us a different table.
Absurd, I've never seen such behavior in Italy or abroad.
28/10/2025: The pizza was also good, but I ate practically half of it because the other half was burned. When asked if everything was fine, this was mentioned, but the only "solution" was a "sorry, I'll let you know..."

08/12/2025: When I went there, there was no more pizza dough, which is a serious thing because it shouldn't happen. For this reason, you had to buy different things than what you wanted and at least more expensive. For the rest, it was quite good, when it came to ordering, we had a bit of difficulty speaking to the waiters because of the noise. As for the atmosphere, it was mostly welcoming with dim lights and nice tables. I hope this was helpful.

Locale sobrio.
Buona la qualità della portate.
La carne sicuramente è il pezzo forte, tenera e gustosa.
Scelta dei vini molto limitata.
Consiglio di ampliare e di alzare anche il livello qualitativo.
Prezzi onesti ed in linea con la zona.
