24/04/2025: A culinary highlight in Bassano del Grappa! I absolutely loved Ristorantino Il Gatto e La Volpe. As soon as you enter you can feel the warm atmosphere, familiar, charming and authentically Italian. The fish was incredibly fresh, perfectly prepared and lovingly presented. I can particularly recommend the scallop carpaccio and the prawns in citrus marinade, simply a poem! The service was attentive and friendly, you immediately feel welcome. The price-performance ratio is also absolutely right here. If you want to eat good and stylish fish in Bassano del Grappa, you've come to the right place. I'll definitely be back! 5 out of 5 stars, absolutely recommended

19/04/2025: Piccolo ristorante appena fuori dal centro storico, menù prevalentemente pesce. Assolutamente da provare il loro piatto della casa con gli assaggi di (quasi) tutto quanto c’è in menù. Buono il vino in caraffa. Prezzi davvero contenuti.

20/05/2025: Strategic location in the center with a beautiful view of the old bridge of Bassano. I fully agree with those who say that the prices are excessive and unjustified: paying €4 for a 0.75 bottle of water is a steal, as is the €3 cover charge per person for not even having a tablecloth but American placemats. For me, real pizza is something else: simplicity and tradition, and here, with chaotic doughs and bizarre combinations, it's the exact opposite! But as they say: de gustibus non disputandum est...!

08/05/2025: Surrounded by green trees and lush vegetable gardens, in the distance are hills with beautiful views, delicious food and wine, some dishes such as Tofu, Red Radish...most of which are taken right from the garden, reminiscent of the homeland of Vietnam. 5* for service quality.

01/06/2025: Informal atmosphere, fairly fast table service and friendly staff, simple and abundant dishes, home cooking. A place very popular with workers on their lunch break. Very cheap and in line with the quality/price ratio. My table was not given a menu and we ate what came from the kitchen, even the first course was supposed to be a type of pasta but another one arrived. Only one toilet available for both men and women. Electronic payment accepted.

13/05/2025: I had dinner yesterday 13/05, I have to say that I ate very well, in a really beautiful environment and with a staff that followed us with a lot of empathy and education welcoming us with a smile and guiding us in the dishes! The prices are honest! And the various space dishes!

26/04/2025: Really positive experience. The food was delicious, with generous portions and a refined and pleasing to the eye plating. The dining room staff proved to be polite, helpful and very knowledgeable. The environment is welcoming, with a delicate atmosphere and soft lights that make everything even more pleasant. I will definitely come back.

The food was great, tasty and very different from what we are familiar with in Los Angeles. The restaurant was busy and the atmosphere was terrific. Varied menu with burgers, club and other options, special note for the originality of the ingredients; I ordered the burger with asparagus and it was a good choice. The bill was also good. 07/05/2025: Probably the greatest discovery of the entire week-long stay in Bassano del Grappa. It was difficult to hunt her down because she was either closed or completely occupied. Finally, on the last day, we arrived after 11:00 and booked a table for 12:15. Reservation is necessary because there are only a few tables inside, and there is no shortage of people interested. Very nice waiter (who is probably also the owner). The menu is a board on which the dishes for a given day are written in chalk. I ate here the best bigoli in salsa so far, and my wife had fettucine morlacco e porcini, which was even better than my dish. Revelation. Plus good German beer (Distelhauser). The atmosphere inside is great, the prices are okay. It was a pity to leave.
