03/01/2026: If you're lucky and book a few years in advance, you might have the chance to enjoy an aperitif or post-dinner drink in their main dining room. It's beautiful and the cocktails are excellent, with only a few flaws: the service and the tiny amount of nachos they give you, even for four people—you wouldn't even need eyebrow tweezers to get through that much! Normally, however, you'll be placed in the side dining room, which is more lackluster. It's completely devoid of any furniture, as sad as the famine, and there are only the same chairs and tables as outside. Not to mention the incredibly slow service, which makes you feel forgotten! In my opinion, a venue shouldn't have such huge differences between one dining room and another; rather, it would be appropriate to maintain a certain uniformity in terms of lighting, furniture, decor, and service! I wouldn't recommend it.

09/01/2026: An experience that was simply wonderful. Both the Japanese Wagyu and the sliced ​​beef were exceptional, served with Himalayan and Maldon salt and smoked oil to keep them tender. It's the first time in my life that I didn't throw ANY of the meat away, and that alone would be enough. I really... can't find the words. Plus, it wasn't heavy at all. The 5-layer chocolate topping was also excellent. Sure, the bill wasn't cheap, but you pay for quality and it's worth it, believe me. I'll definitely be back to try the sandwiches, too, but I'm sure I won't be disappointed. The staff in the dining room were also very kind and professional. 04/01/2026: A very charming and comfortable atmosphere (the upstairs dining room in particular is very airy and bright, but I imagine the downstairs dining room is equally pleasant and welcoming). The staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed an excellent Vicenza-style cod with a glass of Tai Rosso and a delicious warm chocolate, pear, and rum tart. A great experience, definitely worth repeating!

The rosemary tagliata was good, as was the goose leg...and again, the guinea fowl with chestnuts was dry in several places. Everything was a bit unbalanced in salt. The biggest disappointment was when, what I believe to be the owner, picked out a wine of his choice and decided that was what we should drink, without offering anything else, and poured it. A sensational choice for a place that seems to place a lot of emphasis on service.
