23/01/2025: I went for the second time last Sunday for lunch with my partner in this incredible restaurant... And the whole world outside... To steal Vasco's words! We wanted to continue with the second of the tasting menus proposed by Chef Giuliano, (I take the liberty of calling him by name because, despite being the head of a starred team, he is a really nice and helpful person). Unlike the first experience, where we were "kidnapped" by the spectacle of innovative and "crazy" dishes, even if they were VERY GOOD, this time we focused on the ingredients of the creations that were proposed to us... And we were really impressed by both the taste and the research that we discovered behind each course... All the staff, very young but at the same time truly professional, pampered us and accompanied us on this journey of tastes, flavours, colours, in a unique atmosphere that only in Aqua Crua we experience... The greeting from the Chef, surrounded by gods sweet colorful parrots, guided us to the end of this kaleidoscopic lunch.. We can't wait to return with the third stage!! 02/01/2025: Refined restaurant, with pop furnishing accessories that create a refined and particular environment. High expectations on the food, given the Michelin star, totally satisfied. The level of service is not to be taken for granted (excellent!), guys attentive to every detail and need. Also interesting was the open kitchen which showed the team at work, super organized and in harmony.

08/02/2025: They recommended this place where we were staying. What can I say... they let us sit on the veranda but unfortunately we didn't like it very much given the outside temperatures and the door which kept being opened by the staff. The dishes were very good, the flavors were balanced... The only "negative" note was the portions, which were really small. I also found the price a little above average.

01/02/2025: An experience with ups and downs The place, although pleasant in its furnishings, showed some organizational frivolities, and the service, more than welcoming, seemed listless. Regarding the food, nothing to complain about, on the contrary: well-executed dishes with the personality you would expect from a restaurant of this category. However, the real problem arose at the time of the bill: although it was clear that it was not a family dinner, we were denied separate payment, with uncourteous tones and a hasty and rude attitude. A detail that is difficult to understand and decidedly inconvenient, especially in an era in which flexibility in payments should be a basic courtesy. A shame, because the potential is there, but a more attentive, professional and, above all, polite service would make the difference. I hope that these aspects will be improved in the future.

03/09/2024: What about what others have already said? The ice cream is very good, the service is courteous and with a smile, and the little square in Barbarano is a little gem. All perfect for an evening of pleasure

23/08/2024: There aren't many flavours, but I find the quality to be superior to other ice cream shops in the area.

09/12/2024: Cozy place. Interesting culinary offerings. Some very interesting. Excellent choice of wines. The owner and staff are very friendly, approachable and courteous. One of the places where you immediately feel at ease, which deserves a stop. Too bad we don't have it close to home. I have a company that would appreciate it very much. Advised!

23/11/2024: I went to dinner last night with friends, which was special starting from the welcome bruschetta and the pappardelle with wild boar. The flavors conveyed by the goulash accompanied by polenta and vegetables cannot be described. They pampered us all evening with care and kindness and at the end a rustic dessert!
