10/08/2025: The location is undoubtedly elegant and beautiful, the service is very, very slow, the traditional local dishes are revisited in a questionable and incomprehensible way, no explanation of the dishes unless requested, the prosciutto crudo as an appetizer served only in slices on the plate like in a delicatessen, no mention of even the slightest decoration or some vegetables such as giardiniera or anything else, the first course described as crispy lasagna with zucchini is presented with a crispy pastry but with a puree of salted zucchini... dessert with cooked and macerated cherries and ricotta, which I later discovered were salted, a rather questionable choice that should have been reported given the oddity. When it came to the bill, I pointed this out to the owner, who responded in a decidedly arrogant manner, "We like it this way," without even an attempt to explain or show a minimum of empathy with the customer.
