30/06/2025: Avevo buone aspettative viste le recensioni sul sito. Prenotato con largo anticipo e segnalato la celiachia. Arrivato mi viene assegnato un buon tavolo nella spianata terrazzo; tavoli disposti in modo da allocarne il maggior numero ma con la conseguenza che un lato gode il panorama ma l'altro gira le spalle. I primi sono di pasta fatta in casa ma i ragù appena passabili. Preferisco sorvolare su secondi e dolci. Dato che il menù non descrive la presenza di allergeni o glutine, fatto presente che avevamo segnalato la celiachia, ci si risponde che andava segnalata in anticipo perché la cucina deve usare un' altra pentola.... Credo di aver incappato nella serata sbagliata perché il servizio non era proporzionato al numero dei clienti ed era ovvio lo stress delle povere ragazze che servivano ma 2 a volte 3 non possono gestire un centinaio di persone. Mi spiace scrivere note negative e voglio sperare che la serata fosse semplicemente la sera sbagliata ma noi festeggiavamo 2 compleanni e doveva essere almeno all' altezza di quanto poi abbiamo pagato anche se il costo non era per noi un problema.

25/06/2025: Bella terrazza con vista sulle colline e i vigneti Personale gentilissimo e accoglienza calorosa Piatti della tradizione ottimamente cucinati, tutto fatto in casa e porzioni abbondanti. Al primo.posto metterei i cari tipi di pasta fatta in casa con vasta scelta di sughi da abbinare. Memorabili le tagliatelle al sugo. Davvero la trattoria di una volta!

02/07/2025: Nice little place, typical cuisine and super generous portions. Friendly and fast service, in this trattoria you feel at home and would never leave! In the summer evenings it is a great place to eat at a pleasant temperature outside. They have a lot of proposals. A place suitable for large groups for business dinners or events. We have eaten the pizza several times (giant!!) light and digestible though. The first courses are also very good! If you want to spend an evening with good food and in a familiar and relaxing environment, you have to come and visit them!

22/06/2025: There is a corner of Valpolicella where time seems to slow down, where the scent of the wood-fired oven mixes with that of good wine and the welcome has the flavor of home. that, yesterday, I stopped: Al Ritrovo, in Negrar. A large, bright place, with a convivial atmosphere, that welcomes you with a long counter where hundreds of corks rest in transparent containers, like relics of past toasts, each with a story to tell. a glance that says a lot: here the wine of Valpolicella is not served, it is celebrated. The menu is an invitation to travel between land and sea, between tradition and taste. There is zero-mile meat, there is fresh fish, there are pizzas, cooked with skill in the wood-fired oven. Everything speaks of balance, passion, attention. I chose a classic that never disappoints: the mixed fried seafood. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Small and tender squid, meaty squid rings, juicy prawns, all wrapped in a light golden brown, dry, fragrant like a coastal breeze. A generous portion, to share but hard to pass up. 27/05/2025: Last night around 7pm we asked for an aperitif and Graziella, even though she was closing, was very kind and thoughtful in seating us. A good aperitif and lots of friendliness.... We also returned this morning for breakfast with the delicious pastries!!!! Highly recommended!!!!!!

16/07/2025: Luogo bellissimo, ma l’esperienza non è sta all’altezza delle aspettative. Antipasto senza infamia e senza lode. Tartare quasi insignificante dal punto di vista della lavorazione e quindi del sapore. Unica nota positiva la giardiniera.

Tartare insipida, l'orzetto ammazzato dal formaggio borinato, come verdura viene messa una povera rapa rossa che non può avvolgere un sapore così forte. L'antipasto con la sarda viene abbinato a lattuga e salsa di avocado, che non dice nulla; sapori che non si abbinano ne che si contrastano. Una tristissima esperienza

The only flaw perhaps the little space to park in the courtyard of the restaurant but there are various streets nearby where it is located. 27/06/2025: I was in Negrar by chance and I went into this place that they recommended to me. I had a great time, the food was excellent, everything from the first, second side dish and drinks. Everyone is very good, from the waiters to the owner behind the counter. Excellent price for those who unexpectedly have lunch with them.
