25/05/2025: I recommend!! We were there by chance..hospitable, characteristic environment. There were three of us..genuine food. I really appreciated the giardiniera and the sweet and sour onions..a little less the pork chop..perhaps too double..in any case excellent service..the girls are kind and friendly.I recommend the first courses..good and abundant!! among other things I am Neapolitan and I found myself there during the Napoli Cagliari final...everyone was nice!!

19/05/2025: Trattoria alla Porchetta – An experience to remember Recently renovated, well-kept and welcoming environment. The service is fast, attentive and thoughtful, with a staff always ready to satisfy every request with courtesy. The menu is rich and varied, with many delicious proposals that make it really difficult to choose: every dish seems like a temptation! The food is simply excellent, prepared with quality ingredients and great care. Only regret: not having tried the meat cooked on the modern fireplace, which promised to be a real treat. It will certainly be the occasion to return!

12/05/2025: Chosen because it is close to the Negrar hospital: pleasant internal environment but we decide to have a quick meal outside. Courteous waitress and very quick service. My husband and I choose a Fassona tartare. The meat is good, well seasoned with an ancient mustard and a side dish of caramelized onion and mixed salad with cherry tomatoes. The menu offered very interesting dishes but it wasn't a day.

13/05/2025: A wonderful restaurant, located in a place with a truly breathtaking view. The interior is cared for in every detail, with decorative hot air balloons that create a magical and unique atmosphere. The food is exquisite, each dish is a true work of art, beautiful to look at and delicious to taste. The staff is kind, attentive and very courteous. An experience that I enthusiastically recommend and that I can't wait to repeat!

23/04/2025: Discovered by chance this small restaurant that serves truly excellent local dishes and dishes. I ate a truly superb plate of tagliolini with livers. The homemade apple pie is excellent every day. Excellent value for money...worth going back to try other offerings. Compliments.

09/05/2025: Iniziamo dal "lievito madre" come scritto in ingresso.... L'impasto pizza con lievito madre è tutta un'altra cosa, rende la pizza sofficissima, bollosa e super digeribile, questa è secca, troppo salata e poco digeribile. Gli ingredienti non sono certo di prima qualità ma preparati in latta già cotti (come i funghi trifolati su di una capricciosa che proprio non ci stanno affatto!!). Mozzarella inesistente e comunque secca come il resto della pizza. Forse va bene per le scolaresche, ma neanche. Basterebbe un po' di serietà e passione per fare la differenza e migliorarsi! Ma la gente, dico io, a cosa è abituata per scrivere che è tutto ok ??! E comunque per mangiare un'ottima pizza con il vero lievito madre, alla pala magari, bisogna andare a Verona ! Peccato.

24/04/2025: In arrivo qui per cure, andiamo su consiglio a mangiare in questa pizzeria. Sufficienza piena, direi. Abbiamo mangiato una cotoletta di pollo alla milanese e patatine fritte, un calice di vino a testa, acqua, un gelato e caffè. Prezzi modici...

01/05/2025: Ci siamo fermati a pranzo io e mia figlia perché attirati dalle varie recensioni positive di questo ristorante. Premetto che vado ogni settimana in ristoranti nipponici con la formula " all you can it" e qua tutto nella norma. Il locale è normale e io lo definirei " consumato" perché , non so il motivo, tutto ti da sensazione di essere stato vissuto!!! Arredamento consumato,listini del menù consumati,bagni consumati insomma....tutto stravissuto!!! Il cibo è discreto , nella norma , pulizia e cortesia del personale ok, non mi capacito i voti delle recensioni così alti....
