29/03/2024: It is one of the three dinners organized by Caneva World. Let's start by saying that it is certainly a great experience to have, especially for families with children aged at least 3/4 years up to 10/12 years of age. The event takes place like this: all participants are divided into 4 groups upon signing the entrance ticket. Colored crowns are provided, each color represents a house and has a favorite knight to "cheer on" throughout the dinner. They seat you in the stands around a very large square arena. While they serve the dinner consisting of minestrone (without praise and without infamy) and a roast chicken with potatoes (to be eaten strictly with your hands) and a few pieces of bread to conclude with a hot strudel with ice cream on top. Drinks are included and are unlimited, there is always someone ready to fill your glass with water, wine, cocacola or beer! The dinner itself is not the reason why you will come here, but the show they will put on in the center of the arena is the main attraction: Basically the 4 knights of each house battle in the center of the arena in a simulated joust following the orders of the king who will give his daughter in marriage to the winner of the contest. The show includes several games, many of which take place on horseback! 🏇 Basically, if you have come to Gardaland and Caneva World, dedicate one of the evenings to come and see this gimmick. It's an experience that will leave you with something! P.S. The cheering will be very noisy as you can use the plates and tin cucumbers to make a mess while cheering on your favorite.

23/11/2023: We are a group of 11 people visited Medieval Times Restaurant and Show on October. We have bought tickets for the show online a night before and paid using PayPal. On the night of the show we have arrived to the front desk and presented the tickets we’ve received through e-mail the night before. The lady at the front desk told us that those tickets hasn’t been paid for and that we will have to pay for them – we believe here and figured that something went wrong with the PayPal payment processing. We paid using a credit card and got in to the show. A day after, I have reviewed my credit card report and notice that the two payment has been processed. I have returned to the front desk at the shoe place and asked for a refund for the redundant payment – the lady at the front desk refused and advise me to contact the office. I have contacted the office both through email and phone and they’ve insist to refuse giving me my money back.

04/03/2024: BAD RESTAURANT TO AVOID! Two of us went there for 1:30 p.m. As soon as we were seated, an already quite elderly waiter made us understand by tapping his watch that we had to hurry up and order. For the antipasto (i.e. the starter) we choose salmon for €12, both the same thing. When ordering, this same man speaks Italian to us, sees that we don't understand and doesn't want to try English. We point out to him what we want, sure of ourselves. He sighed several times to make us understand that we were pissing him off for not speaking Italian! Then he asks us to choose a side dish: + €4.50 again! Since when is the accompaniment no longer included with the dish? We refuse, he makes a face and half growls. A cooked salmon comes to us, it seems strange to us. Note: 15€ instead of 12€. We suppose he looked at the menu wrongly and thought we wanted the salmon they offered as a hot dish. So our only meal since he had directly collected the menu: two pieces of salmon. NOTHING ELSE ! Disappointed, we didn’t want to pay them two desserts in addition. The very unpleasant staff stared at us meanly (always that old man) and kicked us out, shoving the bill under our noses when they saw that we were hanging around slightly (it was barely 3 p.m.). We hadn't even finished our glasses of wine even though we had still bought them a bottle. When pointing out the mistake in the dish to this gentleman, he was very irritated and rude, spoke to us very badly, not at all professional, we were annoying him, that's all. He made the salmon for 12€ so I didn't even tell him that they had counted the service twice, I saw that we couldn't get more. In short, the salmon may have been good, it's a complete scam and they are super unpleasant, I RECOMMEND AGAINST. You will always find better!

01/01/2024: Excellent place ... We went with my girlfriend on New Year's Eve ... Enchanting atmosphere with a view of the Castle ... Well-plated and truly delicious food, the prosecco drunk during the evening was also excellent ... Waiters attentive to your needs of the customer who provided an excellent service during dinner ... We had to wait a little due to a malfunction of the ordering tablet but it was really worth it ... Excellent discovery ... Definitely worth trying ... Recommended !!!

05/03/2024: Sono stata con la famiglia per il capodanno 2023. E' stata una serata molto bella e divertente, con musica e personale molto cordiale. Il cibo era ottimo e l'atmosfera molto adatta ad un capodanno. I balli dopo la mezzanotte molto coinvolgenti e divertenti. Complimenti davvero una bella serata. Saluti da Giorgio,Clara,Alessio, Denise. Da non sottovalutare il fatto che abbiano anche un residence dopo passare giorni rilassanti.

02/03/2024: Punteggio solo per il locale e per quello che abbiamo mangiato. Locale molto bello, grandi spazi, tetto in legno a vista molto alto e arredamento in tema con il nome abbastanza curato. Per il resto non memorabile: preso tre hamburger, una ribs e un pollo fritto. Carne mediocre, ribs un po' pallide e servite fredde che, per carità, dopo averlo fatto notare si sono premurati subito di rimediare, ma qualità cmq scarsa. Pane dei burghers industriale e pollo fritto che in realtà erano delle piccole coscette uguali a quelle che si trovano già pronte nei supermercati. Sinceramente speravamo in qualcosa di più artigianale visto il menu e sopratutto i prezzi. Di fatto troppo caro a mio avviso per la qualità offerta e non essendo nemmeno in una posizione particolarmente di prestigio.

18/03/2024: New management here keeps the hotel very well looked after and also the restaurant/pizzeria, excellent location near the beach with free private parking, although it is not necessary to use the car as the hotel is very close to the city center and just a few meters away from a beautiful beach, The room price is very low compared to the services and the location and the restaurant prices are also reasonable 🙂 and I don't forget the kind and helpful staff.

02/11/2023: Le camere sono tutte ordinate e modernominimal abbastanza ampie e ben pulite!La colazione viene ordinata la sera prima ed è onesta.Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo.

17/02/2024: Really delicious, amazing food! Tonight we had sumptuous tartare, radicchio crostoni and patanegra lard, Valpolicella risotto with pears and goat cheese, buffalo squares with mushrooms and bacon....wide selection of wines....we will be back!

29/01/2024: Very nice restaurant, very nice staff. The waiters Luciano and Luigi are very attentive and take very good care of the guests. However, the food doesn't do justice to the hotel's 4 stars rating. The dishes are more reminiscent of canteen food. There is still a lot of room for improvement. Only the breakfast is good.
