The seating is quite pleasant, the drinks are good and reasonably priced. Previously, they always served chips and small snacks with the aperitif, as you'd find in Italy. That's no longer the case, not even chips or nuts, hence only 3 stars.

Before entering the Old Town, or after a strenuous tour, there's a bar where you can relax. The service is exceptional and the atmosphere is peaceful. Even in bad weather, you can enjoy a coffee (Americano 2.50) or a beer (e.g., a Light Augustiner 6.00). I highly recommend it!

We were there to watch the Champions League match (semi-final second leg FCB-PSG 2026), so it was very crowded. However, there were plenty of tables. The service was still very quick and attentive. The beer was good. It's somewhat hidden away, which makes it nice and quiet, even during the football match. The service was attentive. But there was only one toilet.

They have absolutely wonderful cocktails here. My personal recommendation is the Limoncino Spritz; it's certainly not the lightest cocktail, but it tastes fantastic and is very uplifting. The older lady who seems to be there every evening is the epitome of friendliness and is very attentive. The rest of the staff is also friendly and accommodating. The prices are perfectly reasonable and, compared to bars with sea views, as well as German prices, they're inexpensive. I was here almost every day of my stay and can recommend it to everyone. They also frequently show football matches or other sports.

19/04/2026: What can I say? Perfection in every way: from the meticulously maintained location to the quality food and, most importantly, impeccable service! You feel pampered! A 10 out of 10.
28/03/2026: We started with an appetizer, followed by a first course for the child—a simple but truly delicious pasta with ragù—and two perfectly cooked tagliata steaks, tender and flavorful, accompanied by a side of truly delicious baked potatoes. Everything was complemented by two excellent glasses of Ripasso, opened on the spot. To conclude, a simply excellent cheesecake. The quality of the dishes is outstanding, and you can sense the great attention to ingredients and preparation. The location is also very well-kept, welcoming, and pleasant. Special praise goes to the staff: courteous, attentive, and always present without ever being intrusive. We felt truly pampered throughout the dinner. A place we will definitely return to!
