Unfortunately, their last two deliveries have been disastrous for several reasons: 1. The deliveries arrived more than 10 minutes early, when they used to be perfectly punctual.... Oh well....; 2. The dough was no longer crispy, but rubbery and burnt on the bottom; 3. The mozzarella wasn't stringy, but in undercooked blocks, like the rest of the ingredients. I ask the owners: what happened? Have you changed pizza chefs, suppliers...? What's the problem? Now, I shouldn't sound like a complaint to belittle a job that until recently was excellent, but rather a constructive criticism to help avoid repeating certain trivial mistakes that can cost you dearly. I hope to be able to give them 5 stars next time...
