21/06/2025: The best restaurant in and around Jesolo. I've been a regular since 1991 and have witnessed its journey from an excellent fish restaurant to today's gourmet temple. In the beginning, we vacationed here specifically for da Guido and would eat up to 10 courses up to 10 times a year. Even today, we come at least once a year. In total, we've probably eaten almost 1,000 dishes, and every one has been excellent. If you love good food, you should treat yourself to da Guido. It's better to eat out less often, but always with a good meal. Update 2025: We've been guests at da Guido for 35 years now, and it's still an experience.

11/06/2025: Dinner with appetizers of sardines in saor and creamed cod (good), The second course, grilled eel that, having tasted the first piece, was very salty, the waiter, kind, suggests that I redo the dish. Initially I intended to change the dish asking for a mixed fry then, on my decision, I say that I will continue with the rest of the dish. In vain, the palate was only salt. He also suggests that I not eat the skin because it is normally burnt. True. The salty piece remained on the plate. Even ordering the mixed fry would not have improved the situation, the little fish of the mixed fry, ordered by my companion, were also inedible because of the salt. These also remained. Despite the complaints, both dishes were charged to the bill. I will certainly not return.

12/07/2025: Schöne Atmosphäre, wir hatten einen Tisch ganz vorne beim Fenster und guten Blick in die Einkaufstrasse. Netter Service Essen okay aber zu teuer!

27/06/2025: Tolles Restaurant mit klasse Service. Die Weinkarte passt zu der hervorragenden Speisekarte. Service ist nie aufdringlich. Qualität der Speisen einfach klasse,. Wir kommen wieder!

23/07/2025: We ordered takeout pizzas and had some beers and an aperitif while we waited. Very nice place, very good pizzas, and the drinks were also excellent. (Approximately €10-20, excluding beer or spritz.)

24/06/2025: When I saw the sign at the entrance, I knew I was in the right place. It was an experience to dine here. The waiters were friendly, attentive, and very nice. After some discussion, the chef recommended a great wine to us after we tried to explain, in broken Italian and English, that we would like a Chardonnay Barrique. Simply amazing... Then the food: Amberjack ceviche, SENSATIONAL Tuna tartar Pasta linguine ragu Grilled octopus with avocado Cheese platter That was the highlight of the vacation. I'd go back anytime... Perfect!!

18/06/2025: Excellent grilled fish and other dishes we indulged in... Nice location... However, the cost was excessive if I consider everything: waitresses who were not very refined (a bit like dockworkers - is that appropriate given the proximity of the place to the mouth?!) and incapable of serving a beer properly (there should be an etiquette for "serving beer" so that the diner can enjoy it correctly), mise en place that needs a bit of attention (we're talking about 3.5 euros for a cover charge... A bit excessive). I would also expect that a place like this (with a high-class clientele) would pay a bit more attention to details (e.g. if it's true that opting for succulent plants as a centerpiece requires less care, it's also true that at least the rotten succulent leaves should be removed).

17/06/2025: Very good take away pizza, 5€ per slide (margherita 4€). It is also possible to eat right there. Opening hours are not as stated on Google.

17/07/2025: Terrible service.... We've been waiting for food for 1h 30min and still nothing. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

17/01/2025: Very nice place, the portions of mixed fried food were generous and for someone with celiac disease I would say it was really good. I recommend it. We also took other courses but we were already very full after the fried food! Friendly and helpful staff, reasonable price. Advise!

03/07/2025: Absolutely not. Absolutely unprofessional team. Unfriendly and totally overwhelmed. Schnitzel cooked hard from the fryer. Cappuccino consists of arugula with a few strips of bacon. This place is a disaster.

05/07/2025: This evening I went to the well-known Da Pino restaurant, which I had been hearing about for a long time. I didn't have high expectations, but surprisingly I had to change my mind. I was welcomed by the manager, who despite his young age privileged us with extraordinary service and attention. Excellent and fast service, with delicious food. I absolutely recommend.

13/06/2025: Great guys and super prepared. The pizza is very good, light and very digestible, traditional dough and perfect cooking. Excellent choice for lunch or dinner a stone's throw from the beach. Highly recommended!

08/06/2025: Yesterday I visited the hotel bar, tasting three glasses of champagne, a toast and two coffees with two friends. Unfortunately I found the service inadequate. First of all I had to ask a couple of times for something to accompany the wine (as promised upon arrival) then I found it inappropriate to serve "a bottle dregs" trying to make it enough for three glasses, one of which was visibly poor. All this at a modest price of €90, and here I take responsibility for not having asked for the receipt to check the price with the list. Disappointing experience. I'm sorry.

28/05/2025: We stayed at this beautiful hotel for the second time for three nights at the start of the season in mid-May. The staff are very friendly and the rooms very clean. A delicious fruit plate welcomed us in the Royal Suite. I have to deduct one star, however, because I don't think the breakfast meets the hotel's standards. Unfortunately, there are no vegetables at the buffet. Tomatoes, cucumber, or peppers would be a great addition. Salami would also be great. Or antipasti... pickled tomatoes, olives, artichokes... a must, especially in Italy. Still, a great hotel with charm, and we'll definitely be back this summer!
