03/01/2026: I stumbled upon it by chance while exiting the highway due to traffic. Don't let the vegetarian cuisine fool you. I had pici with lentil sauce, gratinated puntarelle, and cabbage flan. Everything amazed me with its fantastic flavor. Highly recommended.

The restaurant is a true oasis in the desert for those like me who marry for work and are vegetarians. Run by a mother and daughter, Sweet Nettle welcomed me as if I were family too. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

25/12/2025: A typical and pleasant trattoria. We stopped in on Christmas Day and had a wonderful meal. Excellent ingredients, expertly prepared fish. We were warmly welcomed and served with attention and professionalism. We will definitely be back on our next vacation.

04/09/2025: We had a fixed-price lunch at 1 p.m. €15, which included a first course, second course with side dish, water, and coffee. The dishes were excellent and very carefully prepared. The service was quick and courteous. Recommended.

27/09/2025: Hi, the ice cream is good, the biscuits are also extremely good, but the opening hours need to be adjusted because today we went with the baby, I with a big belly at 2:30 pm as indicated here, but on the door it says it opens at 3:00 pm. Thanks.
24/08/2025: In my opinion, this is the best ice cream I've ever eaten!
The service was very friendly and the scoops were very large.
One scoop cost €1.90, which I think is perfectly reasonable.
I can recommend this ice cream parlor to everyone.

02/08/2025: A renowned restaurant, coinciding with the Santo Stefano Fair, we thought we were on the safe side.
A total disappointment.
2 first courses, 1 mixed fried dish, 1 French fries (served in disposable plastic), 1 dessert (frozen, so you could fold it), 2 glasses of wine and 1 water (we charged 2...).
€85.00...
The owners are the ones who really make a feast.

The food is very good, the service punctual and attentive, and the atmosphere is informal, clean, and spacious.

24/01/2026: Now, as if the unworthiness of the place weren't enough, it's worth remembering that, having booked well in advance, we were nonetheless left to stand there like tormented souls. For over a full hour, we remained in idle and humiliating waiting, without any local servant deigning to seat us or to offer us any explanation beyond silence or vague, unfulfilled promises.
This treatment, more appropriate for a stable than a public establishment, demonstrates a total lack of respect for others and a disorganization worthy of a market on a stormy day. What good is it to book if you're treated worse than a chance visitor?
12/01/2026: I went with friends. The lady served us in a somewhat rude and hasty manner, as if she were in a hurry. The place was quite noisy on weekends, but I could still hear constant scolding coming (I think) from the kitchen.
The service took a bit long, the food was mediocre, and the prices were quite high. There are better places in the area.

03/07/2025: To say I ate excellently is an understatement, and the price was very fair. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff were exceptionally friendly.
It's a shame the ratings are only 5 stars.
