Spectacular, very kind staff, and everything is very good. I had the fermented tea "kombucha," which I couldn't find anywhere else. Top!

On a Thursday afternoon, Sinalunga is a deserted place; apart from a bar, practically everything is closed, but not this pleasant little cucina with a limited but very high-quality menu. Vegetarian tranquility. We were very content.

We stopped here quickly before leaving Val d'Orcia. It was a nice surprise to find a vegetarian restaurant in the area (besides the vegan one in Trequanda). We only had a starter of fantastic pici all'aglione. The portion was generous and the flavor was delicious. The place is small but charming—almost homey! The owner was kind and helpful. There were many interesting dishes, but the pici were a must. We'll definitely be back!

Locally sourced vegetarian cuisine, with dishes that are never boring but always authentic. You can sense their passion and desire to offer something different. A homely atmosphere. We stumbled upon it by chance, but we'll be back!
