26/10/2025: A small but clean and well-equipped campsite. The Maxi campsites are superbly equipped, considering their price range. The location is near the beach, absolutely perfect. Since we're there for a beach holiday, we don't need a pool or tennis court. Within walking distance are two grocery stores, the Grand Bazaar with everything you might have forgotten at home, a butcher with a huge selection, and numerous restaurants. One of them is right near the beach with a great atmosphere and a super friendly owner. All in all, exactly why we go to Italy. And to all those who complain about the value for money... there are plenty of large campsites in the immediate vicinity. But you also pay double for all the bells and whistles. The only thing we're missing is free Wi-Fi.

04/10/2025: Nice little campsite to relax. Unfortunately, the trees were being trimmed in April, so there was no shade, but otherwise it's fine! The beach is less than 5 minutes away, Restaurant Klaus is less than 3 minutes away, and a supermarket is about 10 minutes away on foot.

14/12/2025: On vacation with my family in a bungalow in August we ate at this restaurant several times.... I want to sing the praises of the good cuisine, the fresh fish, the excellent fried food, good clams, very fresh mussels... and also good pizza, etc... everything cooked to perfection in classic style, just as we like it, with excellent quality and fresh ingredients.... We don't really like places that pretend to be Michelin-starred and give you 2 clams with 5 rolled spaghetti and, on top of that, they're not even good.... so those reading this review might be thinking: so what's the problem? Here's how I explain it: on the first day of vacation, we arrived late in the afternoon and went to eat right at dinner time. There were lots of people and we asked if there was room. We were seated in the smaller, semi-outdoor veranda. We ate very well, so much so that on the second day I went shortly after lunchtime to ask whoever I still don't know if he is: waiter, husband, owner, owner, partner... if it was possible to book a table for 3 people ON THE VERANDA for the evening. I was told in an annoyed manner that if there is room they will put us on the veranda and if there is no room they will put us inside... well, if I am booking, it is logical that I came first on purpose to find out if there is free space to sit at the tables outside in the open air, so they could very well check if the reservations for the outdoor tables are already full and if they are, tell me that there is only room inside for the evening... it is my right to decide if I don't want to eat inside not to go to the restaurant... I am pretty sure that at that time they still hadn't filled up with reservations outside.....and therefore if you accept the reservation you also accept the customer's preference....otherwise you tell them clearly that they don't take reservations....here's the point, this way of doing things made me uncomfortable and made me feel like a second-class person, customer because I'm quite sure that if the "commenda" arrived with a Rolex on his wrist, he would have been responded to in a more polite manner and the table would have been reserved for him as he wanted in the pleasant and fresh sea breeze of a beautiful summer evening at the tables outside... I would recommend more attention to these things also for the good of the aforementioned restaurant because a beautiful culinary experience can be ruined by this way of doing things like when I always asked this person if he would bring me the lemon for the mussels alla marinara, I've been going out to eat for 40 years since I was little with my dad and even as an adult with my family in millions of restaurants both fish and meat...I swear that no one has ever asked me why I put lemon on the mussels alla marinara and judged it because it's a shame that they are good like this, it may even be true but if to me I like them with lemon, that's my business, and bring me the lemon without making me choke, thanks!! And without having to explain my choice to you to have the beloved lemon that I like so much on fresh muscles!

23/09/2025: This was our third time at this campsite and we were once again completely satisfied. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and always strives to accommodate all our requests. The site is spotless and the washrooms are clean. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back next year. 👍🏻 Keep up the good work!

05/09/2025: The restaurant is right on the main road toward Treporti. The menu is typical tourist fare, and the staff is moderately attentive. I noticed that the Italian guests received an apron and napkins with their meals, as well as a bowl for their empty mussels. Unfortunately, I didn't. The food was okay, but nothing special. All in all, unfortunately, it's too expensive, and I wouldn't recommend it.

05/10/2025: The bathroom was a disaster, the rooms were unfortunately completely dilapidated and very small. The food had little to do with Italian cuisine. All in all, we wouldn't book this hotel again.

The staff were very kind, friendly, and welcoming, which made the visit even better. Everything from the taste to the service was outstanding. 18/09/2025: I'm very disappointed. I didn't receive the exact food I ordered from the menu. Even though not only the appearance but also an ingredient was different, they tried to tell me it was what I ordered. I even showed them the menu, and it was clearly marked that it wasn't the same. Despite this, they tried to make me feel stupid and didn't give me what I actually ordered. Absolutely outrageous!

18/09/2025: It made our vacation a special experience. La dolce vita... such amazing cuisine, a four-course dinner that leaves nothing to be desired. Such friendly and attentive service... You should definitely book half board at the GreenParkHotel... casual, varied, and so good!

18/08/2025: We have ordered 1.3 kg dorada, which is proposed for 2-3 person. Portion for 60euro is not worth it's money. This is portin for ONE person , not 2 or 3. Fish looked like 200g on two plates. Raw fish was maybe 1 kg with head and all stuff. This dish is scam and don't expect a lot of food...
