25/08/2025: Really good burgers, a bit off the beaten track from the usual seasonal madness.

24/08/2025: The restaurant is air-conditioned in the summer; the waitress even asked us if the temperature was okay. The menu is varied, with starters, main courses, and snacks, but we chose the burger as it's the house specialty. The sandwiches were excellent and homemade, as were the delicious sauces. We arrived by bike, and the owners let us park them on the terrace so they could keep an eye on them. The staff was friendly and helpful!

17/08/2025: A pleasant discovery. Very professional and attentive staff. Varied menu with a wide choice of both a full menu and individual dishes. There are also a couple of specials of the day. Very reasonable prices for the quality of the food and service. I'll be back!

03/07/2025: Absolutely the safe place where you can feel pampered and eat excellent quality dishes, not to mention the vast selection of truly excellent wines. Everything is very well taken care of. I go back every year

12/08/2025: Highly recommended. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, the air-conditioned rooms were very pleasant, and the food was delicious.

11/08/2025: Found it thanks to Google Maps, a bit inconspicuous. But the pizza...super delicious, the service consistently attentive, and in our case, no long wait. It got busier and busier during our visit; I noticed someone complaining about the wait for the food. But for one thing, it took less than 20 minutes for the food to arrive at their table, and for another, it's not a frozen pizza that cooks up in eight minutes. 20 minutes in a full restaurant is no long wait...but even then, the service remained polite and brought over extra bread, a great solution. We'll be back whenever possible, and if we can't get a seat...then rightly so; excellent pizza; the owners deserve a full restaurant!

04/09/2025: Every time we travel from Milan to Cavallino Treporti, we always stop at Ristorante Vanin. Excellent food, a spotlessly clean space, and Antonio's work is impeccable. A special mention also goes to the very dear Monica Vanin, always smiling and friendly. A unique staff that will make our evening special. Thanks guys, and see you soon!!!

19/08/2025: Four adults and one child came here for dinner. The mussels were perfectly prepared, the sea bass was perfect 👍, and the dessert was sensational. Top-notch service, and we'll be back.

14/08/2025: We order spaghetti with clams (tasteless) and we get lupini, we ask for information about it the owner, pink/fuchsia Cappelli, answers us rudely that she was explaining the difference between lupini and clams (baravassi) for her, clams are a completely different thing but oh well hahaha Things that we know more about fish than her, I order a pizza with potatoes and sausage, we get a dish with only sausage and potatoes and I say that we ordered a pizza with sausage and potatoes but the owner, always rude, reiterates that in the children's menu there is no pizza with sausage and potatoes, that none of us ordered the children's menu because we were not even provided with this menu, I can only express my thought, that the owner should change jobs because the clientele is not for her, moreover she should learn something from the blonde waitress who is top, polite, friendly and manages each table in the best way, at the time of payment she gave us a separate bill (a decent thing) but I had to leave zero receipt Request it! I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. IF YOU CAN, GO ELSEWHERE. PS: TOO MANY MOSQUITOES AND IT'S EXTREMELY HOT. I RECOMMEND FANS AND MAYBE SOME AUTAN FOR THE CUSTOMERS.

22/08/2025: The place is really beautiful and large. The staff is friendly and the service is fast. It's a place where you can do a lot of things, but unfortunately, in my opinion, the food isn't great quality (we ate meat). Maybe try it out of season. The prices are good, though!

21/08/2025: I was here for dinner the other night, Tuesday. The menu has absolutely everything: pizza, meat, and fish. We chose pizza, and it was truly delicious. Tenuta del Cavallino is on a side street off the main road. You can immediately notice its spacious structure, the adjacent lush garden, and convenient parking with room for many vehicles. Inside, it's truly picturesque and charming. We ate outside in the garden, with comfortable tables and, if it rains, it's covered. The establishment is also notable for the fact that they have the silos where they produce their beer on full display 🍺 I assure you, it's truly delicious! I tried a crisp, clear lager and a truly delicious fruity peach IPA. The staff is fast and very friendly. Personally, we were served by Alvise, who truly pampered us and made us feel at home throughout the evening, serving us quickly and attentively. Next time I come here, I want to try one of their enormous Angus ribs, which are clearly visible in the fridges at the entrance. A must-try! Don't miss the chance to see this wonderful place! We'll definitely be back! 👍⭐

16/08/2025: Probably the best place I've ever eaten in terms of location. Drinking an aperitif at sunset while enjoying the sun setting over the lagoon is priceless. The food, service, and prices are worthy.

01/09/2025: Didn't like it. The quality of the dinner was not bad, we booked a table in advance, but we had to wait, the drinks were brought much later than the food, we waited a very long time for our order, and they even tried to overcharge us when calculating... I didn't leave a tip... I don't recommend it.

30/08/2025: Amazing pizza. Unmissable homemade gelato. Gorgeous croissants, unique pieces that I couldn't take home because they literally sold out. I absolutely must return to this place of delights.

08/08/2025: Even though I live in the area, this evening I had dinner by the sea after many years. The food was expertly prepared (I personally don't like fried food), but here it was fantastic. This evening the moon kissed the sea. Any advice? If you're in the area, this place is a must-try.

05/08/2025: The restaurant is located right on the beach and offers a fantastic view of the sea. We really enjoyed the food. The price-performance ratio is good. For example, a Margherita pizza was €6. The service was also very friendly. The restaurant also has a children's playground.

11/06/2025: Be sure to take a short break: A spritzer of Aperol and a small cake? Plus a good atmosphere and a seat in the shade – it's simply lovely here!

08/08/2025: Molto bene. We joined the risto by accident. The waiter guided us to the back of the building and the terrace to hava lunch. Great spot and atmosphere. Food was incredible. We can highly recommend all dolci.

07/08/2025: Friendly staff, easy-going lagoon-like location, excellent quality fish but the portions decidedly TINY to avoid calling them cicchetti, in short, let's look at the bill... decidedly salty and not in line with the portions brought to the table. It's the first time but never again. Absolutely not recommended.

28/08/2025: The ambiance and service were very good. However, there were a few difficulties overall: There were 10 of us, or three families. One family's appetizers came after the other two families' main courses. And those plates were almost empty. The lasagna portion was smaller than a small bowl of cereal. One appetizer didn't come with pecorino, even though it was listed on the menu. The insalata mista didn't come with balsamic vinegar, only oil, salt, and pepper. The final bills for all three families had incorrect items, for example, two extra cutlery sets (yes, here you still pay for the cutlery/dishes according to outdated Italian tradition). The drink orders also had a few errors. But the food, such as pizzas, pasta, and the asado beef, was very, very tasty and highly recommended. It was truly enjoyable to dine on.

20/08/2025: I love it, we love it. We've been coming to Union Lido for seven years, and Al Mare is our favorite restaurant. The food here is simply excellent, the value for money is good, and if the kids get bored after eating, they go to the playground on the beach.

06/08/2025: The general atmosphere in the restaurant was okay but the acoustics were pretty awful. You couldn’t talk to a person sitting across the table. The general food was ok but we also ordered some lasagna and it was horrible. The lasagna arrived almost cold like it was frozen and then microwaved. It also didn’t have any bećhamel sauce and the meat was unseasoned. Also, the tomato sauce tasted like store-bought, pre-made tomato noodle sauce and there was no Parmesan cheese on the lasagna. All in all, it wasn’t a great experience.

05/08/2025: I recommend this restaurant. We visit every year. They maintain a high standard. The fruit is fresh, the pasta is delicious, and the desserts – tiramisu and profiteroles – are incredible. The food is served quickly, clean, and delicious. I recommend it. The wine in carafes is wonderful 🤩
