The staff is helpful, friendly, and professional, as are the dishes, with homemade tastings. I love this place and recommend it to couples or families.

28/07/2025: A green trattoria nestled among the trees above Volpago. We were guests for an event with friends, from aperitif to dinner. The staff was extremely kind, both in organizing the event, choosing and developing the menu, and throughout the evening. The dishes were well-cooked, flavorful, and generous in portions. Recommended for both social gatherings, romantic dinners, or aperitifs. Special thanks to Alessia, who guided us from the menu selection to the end of the evening.

12/07/2025: An excellent, high-quality trattoria. Discreet service, as befits a high-end establishment. The owner is classy and experienced, as you'd expect from a restaurant that has had and continues to have memorable patrons, no matter how you look at it.
I'll definitely be back.

27/07/2025: A disastrous experience. The descriptions of the dishes were dazzling, touted as gourmet, but in reality they were mediocre and poorly presented. The staff were rude, addressing customers informally, even though they were trying to attract the diner's attention. They actually paid no attention to their requests. We had to ask several times for wine at the table, but they simply forgot about us.
The bill was "expensive" and completely inadequate for the quality of the food.

28/08/2025: We chose Trattoria Sbeghen on the recommendation of relatives to celebrate our daughter's first birthday, and we had a truly wonderful time. The owner was very helpful and kind, the service was quick and courteous, and the food was delicious, from appetizers to first courses, from main courses to the cake! A truly positive experience: we'll definitely be back!

The pizza is made with a very digestible dough, excellent both eaten on site and for takeaway 👌🏻👍🏻
16/06/2025: A welcoming place and the staff is really kind and helpful, they stopped to chat with us in a polite way and during the whole dinner they were very attentive. We ate a very good fried food, excellent hamburger and a really complete salad! A place to come back to willingly

The interior is simply designed to accommodate many (local!) guests. There were 11 of us!
The dishes were delicious. The kids enjoyed the tagiliata di manzo! The service was also excellent. English remains difficult to understand in Italy, but they tried their best.
09/07/2025: A restaurant surrounded by nature and greenery. The atmosphere is a bit old-fashioned, and the food is delicious and home-style.

14/07/2025: Pranzato con amici. Affettati nella norma (non ho capito i bocconcini fritti surgelati) , faraona super. Putroppo il servizio lascia molto a desiderare: cameriera incompetente e in alcuni momenti anche maleducata. Disorganizzata, alla richiesta di informazioni sulla composizione di alcuni piatti ha sempre risposto "non lo so" senza mai nemmeno offrirsi di chiedere. Cosa però molto grave e pericolosa, nelle tagliatelle abbiamo trovato parecchi pezzi di ossa, uno in particolare molto grande. Segnalata la questione alla solita cameriera non abbiamo ricevuto nessuna scusa e nemmeno nessuna proposta per rimediare alla cosa. Non credo di tornarci e nemmeno di consigliarlo ad altri
