20/06/2025: Attentive but not invasive service, excellent cuisine (I had a cheese board and a Fiorentina, good raw materials, good cooking but not assessable techniques and preparations), I will definitely return to try the "cooked" dishes too Owner / manager very very kind and helpful Fair price, not very large cellar but "fair" with some foreign gems (Spain) Wonderful location, eaten in a very beautiful and quiet garden (zero insects at the beginning of June) If you have to find two flaws, a greater refinement (also from the area) of the cheeses (good but common) and a more "casual" and youthful (but still serious) uniform in the dining room that better reflects the service

18/06/2025: Returning from a business trip, I look for a place to eat in Vittorio Veneto. I come across the trattoria, which instinctively inspires me. Service ok, nothing special. Menu presented on a tablet that can also be viewed from your smartphone since it is on their website. Common dishes, sardines in saor, gazpacho, burrata with anchovies and tomatoes, sopressa with caponata, gnocchi with gorgonzola or tomato, spaghetti all'amatriciana, pasta with ragù, lasagna, stewed octopus, stewed meatballs, roast pork in milk, roast beef with mustard. I decide on the sardines (3 pieces) and sopressa (three slices), my son a lasagna and stewed meatballs. The sardines are delicious, made to order. Good sopressa, caponata no. Lots of oil and a strange taste, in fact after six hours he is still wondering whether to go down or come back up. The meatballs (3) are passable. Coffee, a bottle of water, 1/4 of wine, 3€ covers (for a paper placemat), 70€ for two. I honestly wouldn't go back.

11/06/2025: We had dinner for the first time at this restaurant, on the occasion of my mother's birthday. We couldn't enjoy the wonderful outdoor garden because of the windy evening, but the refinement of the interiors didn't make us regret it. It was beautiful to see "the grandfather" cooking the meats on the grill in the fireplace with care and skill. The dinner was excellent in every aspect, you can feel the search for the raw materials and you can perceive the love they put into their work. High quality raw materials, a very well-kept environment, but at the same time no affectation of formality and arrogance that I see in restaurants that couldn't even compete with this. It was the first time for us, and we hadn't said anything about it being a birthday, but just hearing my mother addressed as "the birthday girl" meant that at dessert time they brought her a surprise plate decorated with wishes and a candle. A very sweet and highly appreciated attention. A quiet environment where you really feel at ease. Compliments to the staff!

16/05/2025: The staff were really not very friendly (I guess because I was guilty of the terrible insult of paying for two pieces of pizza with my debit card, we are in 2025). The pizza was good but very soft, if you are looking for crunchiness go elsewhere.
