26/08/2024: Sunday lunch for two, the place doesn't offer a rich menu... but every dish is well thought out and cared for. These are somewhat sophisticated dishes for those who want to taste something different...but without exaggerating. The spaghetti cacio e pepe with the red prawn and lime tartare are excellent. Average high price. The only flaw...the place didn't have the air conditioning on...in August it's not exactly the best...

14/12/2024: Small pub near the Vittorio Nord motorway exit, nice choice of beers, sandwiches, toast... the pizza was very good and the price was very fair.

12/12/2024: Found it by chance...I'm not from the area...it was a great discovery! Unfortunately, the photo does not convey the quality and quantity of the dish... a quality meat cooked very well... the hardest thing I cut was the grilled aubergine... to say the softness of the meat...! ! Very nice and knowledgeable owner... Very good beer recommended by the girl owner... Absolutely recommended 👍👍👍

09/12/2024: Il ristorante fa parte dell’hotel che porta lo stesso nome. Già tutto addobbato a Natale, ha dato quel tocco in più e un bell’effetto stare al tavolo fra luci e musichetta natalizia. Il Cibo di qualità e tipico della zona. Prezzo medio è adatto a ciò che è stato servito. Consiglio vivamente

03/12/2024: I'm referring to the restaurant because I haven't stayed. Courteous staff, interesting menu and for what we tried, decidedly high quality dishes. Excellent wine by the glass. Well located, beautiful view of the Meschio, away from schools and noise. Ample parking. We will definitely be back.

21/09/2024: Here on holiday from the UK. We both had a slice of pizza with a glass of prosecco. Most beautiful pizza I've ever had and the lady who served us was so friendly. It was so good my dad got another slice 🍕 My dad says it was bellissimo!! 💚🤍❤️

01/12/2024: What we liked: the food (we opted for two very tasty and excellent quality second courses of meat, applause for the very soft meat, even if the portions were a little small, i.e. two small pieces each on a bed of delicious polenta ). The prices are definitely honest even if we would have preferred to pay a little more and have a slightly richer dish. What we didn't like: only radicchio as a side dish (?) There was no other possibility to choose any other side dish, not even simple roasted potatoes or simple cooked vegetables! Never happened in a trattoria/restaurant! The place is very small, so we were placed at a table inside a small room where there was a table of people who didn't speak normally but competed to see who shouted the loudest, so much so that we couldn't even hear each other as we were one. facing each other and leaving with a headache. Unfortunately, this did not make the stop pleasant, so much so that we preferred to have the dessert and coffee in peace at a pastry shop in the centre, which was also very good. Maybe in the summer with the tables outside it's something else. We will try again as the food was excellent.

23/11/2024: After finding another closed restaurant ❌ (still nearby) we headed towards Ostaria la Giraffa 🦒 and the choice turned out to be absolutely happy 👍. First of all, the guy at the counter 👨🏻 was very kind, and he made us sit in front of the restaurant at a table under the awning (external temperature 🌡 also ideal for an outdoor dinner). He then explained to us the offer of the house as it used to be done in the taverns, or rather verbally 🗣 (I liked this because it reminded me of a more "easy" way of interacting with the customer which is now losing). We therefore opted for a couple of starters and as many first courses 🍝, as well as a liter of water 💧 and a quarter of red 🍷. As regards the first appetizer, it must be said that it is a typical specialty of the Vittorio Veneto area, that is, a crown of radicchio at the base of the dish, inside which there is a very successful "mixture" of bean puree, cubes of lard and vinegar; truly exquisite 😋 all of it. The other appetizer instead consisted of a tasty chicken salad with mango 🥭. Same choice for the two first courses, with the delicious black cuttlefish butterflies 🍤 with shrimp 🍤 placed on a puree of potatoes 🥔 and leeks. Noteworthy combination and truly special flavor and delicacy 👌. We then concluded with a berry cheesecake 🍰. But the happy notes didn't end because, when it was time to pay the bill, I discovered that the total was only 36 euros 💶 (not counting the coffee ☕ offered to me by the house) therefore the quality/price ratio was also very good. Some improvements could perhaps be made to the bathroom 🚾, which I still found clean 🚽🧻. Beyond that, CERTAINLY RECOMMENDED 👍.

27/08/2024: So happy we stumbled upon this place while driving through Vittorio! Food is simple but so good, exactly what I want from Italian food. Had the best mellanzana parmigiana of my life. Pastas all taste homemade with a nice chewy texture and the millefolgie desset was light, crispy and delicious. Service was great and the restaurant itself has well thought out and tasteful decor. Would 100% recommend dining here!

23/08/2024: All you can say is, original Italian, it couldn't be better. Located in the middle of the market square of Vitterio Vineto. The iPad menu was new to me.

13/11/2024: Un pranzo tra amiche in un ambiente simpatico ,pulito e cordiale. Carino il menù scritto in dialetto ,mangiato molto bene , ci tornerò sicuramente .

24/09/2024: Non è la prima volta che frequento questo locale, dalla cucina ottima e dal servizio simpatico e perfetto.Trovo interessante il menu scritto in dialetto veneto, comprensibile ai molti ma spiegato per filo e per segno da Roberto.Piatti semplici senza tanti"fronzoli".Prenotando per tempo si può asportare qualche piatto.

30/11/2024: Durante la nostra visita a Cherasco abbiamo trovato numerosi ristoranti chiusi. Ammetto di essere entrata un po’ scettica, le foto su trip advisor non rendono davvero giustizia a questa fantastica location e ai piatti del ristorante!!! Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dall’esperienza, che ha saputo unire gusto, accoglienza e un’atmosfera unica. La location è incantevole, c’è un dehor da cui penetrava una luce stupenda, grazie alle ampie vetrate. Curata nei dettagli e perfetta per un pranzo o una serata speciale. Gli ambienti, eleganti ma accoglienti, offrono una cornice ideale per rilassarsi e godersi un pasto memorabile. Appena seduti la cameriera gentilissima ci ha chiesto cosa volevamo da bere e ci ha subito portato un delizioso pane fatto in casa, menzione d’onore al pane con pomodorini secchi caldo. Una libidine. Avrei stretto la mano alla cuoca. La cameriera e il proprietario sempre presenti e con garbo, ti fanno sentire a casa e coccolati. Veramente la cameriera, secondo me, ha con attenzione colto i momenti in cui ritirare il piatto e chiedere come andava con estrema gentilezza. A seguito un vitello tonnato preparato alla perfezione. Tra i primi, i ravioli del plin e i tajarin con salsiccia di Bra sono stati un vero trionfo di sapori, dimostrando grande attenzione alla tradizione e alla tecnica. Ovviamente il sugo chiedeva una bella scarpetta. Ammetto di essere abbastanza rompina perché lavoro come fotografa nel settore food e di piatti ne assaggio diversi, ma veramente niente da dire su nulla. A chiudere, una meravigliosa torta di nocciole accompagnata da zabaione, un dolce che racchiudeva in sé l’essenza del territorio e la maestria della chef. Uno degli aspetti più piacevoli del pranzo è stato il dialogo con il proprietario, che ci ha accolti con grande cordialità, raccontandoci con passione la filosofia del ristorante e la scelta degli ingredienti. È raro trovare un’ospitalità così calorosa e autentica. Grazie Stefano, di cuore, è stato bello parlare con te Consigliamo vivamente questo ristorante a chi cerca un’esperienza di livello, in un ambiente che celebra il territorio e la tradizione con un tocco di raffinatezza. Torneremo sicuramente!

27/05/2024: Io ho visto che abito vicino a Vittorio vado spesso in questo bar, e, ogni volta solo per la granita siciliana, la trovo molto buona come la fa lui non la fa nessuno e lui è sempre gentilissimo.

19/08/2024: Se volete mangiare dell'ottima carne questo è il posto giusto!!! dall'antipasto ai secondi (niente primi) ottime proposte preparate con cura. Speciali i bocconcini di fesa saltati in padella (veramente teneri e gustosi), la tartare e la costata alla brace. Prezzi in linea con la qualità.
