07/12/2025: Avoid. After consuming my drinks, I go inside to change the baby's diaper. Since there's no changing table, I stand aside with the stroller so as not to disturb the customers. The owner orders me to go down the narrow stairs alone with the stroller, which is really difficult. After an exchange of words, I'm forced to leave without being able to clean the baby.

22/09/2025: We had an aperitivo at this bar on the day of the Palio and were really pleased! The atmosphere was lively, the service was friendly and fast despite the crowds, and there was an excellent selection of drinks and appetizers. A perfect place to enjoy a relaxing moment in the heart of the festivities.

25/10/2025: A traditional restaurant on Montello with a spectacular view and a large terrace where you can eat al fresco in the summer. We celebrated my mom's birthday and had a wonderful meal. Homemade cuisine with delicious seasonal ingredients (mushrooms) and generous portions. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We'll definitely be back.

25/01/2026: Honestly, I expected more decent treatment. My partner and I booked a table for nine a week in advance, with the stipulation that we be assigned a "strategic" position, as I had an important announcement to make to the guests. We arrived, and where did they put us? At a table where you could only exit from one side, and the people on the other side couldn't move. We asked the waitresses if we could go somewhere else, and their response was, "Well, these are reserved seats..." We also booked, if that's what you mean," they turned away, and I never received another answer. Then, as if by magic, they'd thought about moving us, but now that we were seated, where do you expect us to go? Moral of the story: those who had to exit were forced to walk in front of everyone, or perform "impractical athletic feats," jumping on other people's empty tables to get out. The tables were narrow, and everyone was crammed in. When it came time to look at the menu, the dim lighting in the dining room made it impossible to see which pizzas to choose. We had to use our cell phone battery to decide what to eat. I was hoping to say the opposite when it came time for pizza. I found it very heavy compared to the usual ones I've eaten, and no offense to you, it tasted like nothing. Total price was €198, with dessert and coffee discounted to €195. My personal point. I overheard the cashier talking to a waitress about how she shouldn't discount the total price because people often complain to skimp on the final bill. It's not our fault if you don't consider that people can't just sit and eat all the time. There are elderly people who need to go out for personal reasons, and it's unpleasant to say, but if someone needs to go to the bathroom and has to wait for everyone else to move, can you tell me what they should do? Next time, we'll walk under the tables, what do you think? Not to mention that all the other places had two exits from the tables and ours only had one? Why? Having booked a week in advance? To top it off, I mentioned the chairs. They're actually benches that, after a while, even your butt hurts from sitting on them without even a cushion. When I left, the cashier said, "See you another time, if there ever is one."

27/02/2026: Disappointed, the dough was different these last two times, much less tasty, and I wasn't the only one who noticed it. I was a regular and satisfied customer. After the first time I tasted the difference in the dough, I said to myself, "Oh well, it happens," but after this second time, I'll change. We need to understand what happened. Pizza is a more difficult product than others to develop as a franchise. Without good process engineering, these changes in flavor can happen. Know-how must be protected.

21/02/2026: For the first time, I ordered two takeout pizzas: one with vegetables and one with sausage and fries. I was very disappointed. A thin layer of tomato sauce gave the pizza an orange hue. The vegetable pizza had out-of-season vegetables, chopped into small pieces and baked, I believe...soggy and tasteless. The other pizza had low-quality, moist, tasteless French fries and a few sausage slices as thick as a €2 coin. I'm sorry, but it made me feel like I was walking into a factory pizzeria.
