This small boutique family ran company is the place to go for pasta in mogliano Veneto, the pasta is made by the wife whilst the husband creates the magic. We have had to come back for a second time due to being so wonderful. I urge anyone to please come and visit here and love life to the fullest. Love from the United Kingdom, Alex & Maria.

23/03/2024: Found by chance, we ate excellent, hand-rolled tagliatelle! The ragù and cacio e pepe sauces that we ordered were excellent, and the managers were really kind. The setting is simple and we had to wait a bit, but it was certainly worth it. We will definitely be back.

05/05/2024: Very good pizza!! We have already ordered twice for home delivery in just one week. The ingredients are delicious, and the pizza arrives home still hot. Super digestible, not bloated. We tried the margherita, the potato, the fresh and the Mediterranean. Highly recommended pizzeria!

20/05/2024: I waited a couple of days before wanting to leave this comment, to avoid being too harsh. I had excellent memories of the Turbine, where I had been on several occasions in recent years. We decided to try the tasting menu with wine pairing…. The “sommelier” wants to be original, but the combinations are simply out of place. Let's get to the "Smoking" Tasting Menu: (That's exactly what it's called...): - Trio of welcome dishes from the kitchen (for example a maki with seaweed) all paired with apple cider and a glass of sweet wine such as Passito) - Raw mantis shrimp (whose taste was covered by the decorative sauces) - Turbine fried egg (the only dish that reminds me of the Turbine of the past...) - Duck dumplings (5 dumplings in which the filling was the liquid cooking sauce of the duck with the combination of a German Pinot Noir!) - Risotto with celeriac and quail leg (the only noteworthy dish) - Pigeon and eel (no comment) - Dessert Our Ca' Dodel ricotta ice cream smoked with Kamado and quince (also in this case, lots of smoke, little substance). All with wine pairing, €105 per person. I prefer not to talk about the cobwebs under the window between our table and the radiator. Lots of scene, but little substance. Sin.

11/05/2024: Family lunch what can I say always unique! Exceptional fried egg but above all sublime cannelloni stuffed with lamb. I would have eaten them all the time. Light and tasty at the same time and an explosion of flavors in the mouth I would always recommend it, it has never disappointed me, compliments to the staff who are always available. Well done!

05/04/2024: Extraordinary food. I was delighted with their vegan skewer with tofu and asparagus, marinated in a soy sauce sauce. I also had a plate of dried bean udon in a vegan version and it was very good, with toasted almonds, I have never tasted anything like it, it was special and delicious. We also ordered veal which was delicious and a plate of very good Bolognese pasta. As for drinks, I ordered a gewurztraminer and it was excellent. The service is impeccable, the servers friendly and attentive. The setting is simple but beautiful. I highly recommend this restaurant.

30/03/2024: A real discovery and, above all, a pleasant and unexpected discovery. It's really difficult to eat so well and find cuisine so different and contaminated in terms of tastes and flavours, everything was good... even the side dish of raw spinach seasoned with a delicious vinaigrette won me over. The place is beautiful, informal and welcoming, the staff attentive, friendly and present. I will definitely come back and recommend it to friends and acquaintances. Enthusiastic.

10/03/2024: Il personale è davvero disposto ad aiutare il cliente, addirittura una signora è stata fuori con la pioggia per indicarci il parcheggio. Il ristorante è davvero molto bello! E la cucina squisita!!! Anche il conto è perfetto!! Vi consiglio vivamente di andarci!!
