12/01/2025: Piacevole serata in quest’osteria dal taglio ristorante. Pulizia del locale ed accoglienza discreta ma presente un plus. Cibo dal buon rapporto qualità prezzo . La tagliata ai ferri una nota di merito assieme al carpaccio davvero fresco e gradito. Carta dei vini apprezzabile e molto buona nel prezzo. Antipasto proposto buono . I primi piatti vari e bigoli al ragù d’anatra un po’ asciutti per i miei gusti ma piacevoli .
Zuppa di porri caldissima ma avvertiti a modo prima dell’assaggio . Provato anche il maialino anch’esso piuttosto asciutto al palato.
Caratteristica la ruota del vecchio mulino a vista che ha accompagnato piacevolmente i ritmi tra le portate.

03/02/2025: Dishonestly, I asked for a bottle of Nebbiolo present on the wine list for around €35, in addition to not having it (which can happen) the owner offered us another wine without telling us the price (costing more than €180) furthermore the cut it was a cut full of nerves (which can also happen) but it cannot be served on a cold plate as it is rare and it cooled down before the waitress managed to cut it (it took quite a while given the cut). I advise against it to everyone if you don't want to be scammed.

27/01/2025: I live in Revine, I have always known the castle, even before it became a hotel. Until a few years ago it was possible to visit the entire outdoor area including the lawn with fountain equipped with a bar with external service. A few months ago that area was also closed off to promote the recently renovated paid space named SPA. A few days ago I went up thinking of taking a relaxing walk in the areas mentioned but I learned that: the SPA costs a minimum of 50 euros for 3 hours, the funicular has gone from 1 euro to 2 per person, the green spaces where you can walk are prohibited, the toilets are closed. Barred. For me Castel Brando has lost all attraction.
23/01/2025: A wonderful fairytale place, I spent a beautiful fairytale day, I felt welcomed like a queen. Thanks to all the very friendly and kind staff. The SPA and surroundings are full of magic. Every corner has its own….

12/02/2025: Large room and parking, ideal for lunches and dinners with friends or relatives. A guarantee for those who love spit, one of the best in the area. I also liked the first courses and desserts, last week I had the pancakes, a delight. Very friendly and helpful staff, average prices. We are now regular customers. In spring / summer it is also nice to eat outdoors under the porch. I recommend it.

If you love Neapolitan pizza you can't miss trying this place! A small Neapolitan space in the Veneto.
Few pizzas but all delicious, super quality ingredients at prices a little higher than average.
It's just a shame about the service, which was a bit casual and not always professional, but it deserves all of the 5 stars! Super recommended!
22/01/2025: Well, as can be seen from the photos, the place is very beautiful and well kept. Nice elegant style, perhaps needs to be worked on a bit with cleanliness... service to be improved, waiters and pizza chef distracted... the pizza, well I was expecting more Neapolitan style... burnt on the sides, a bit lumpy difficult to digest, in short I would listen to the pizza chef if he were a true Neapolitan. I have my doubts about it. Maybe he learned how to make pizzas in some suburban takeaway. I count? Ah well too high. Too expensive for the area. We are in a small country village, not in the center of Treviso. And then I remind the managers of one thing, remember the prices of an excellent pizza in Naples, how much it costs and I urge you to lower the prices a little. The desserts are very good. The limoncello, as a good southerner, does not seem to me at all like homemade artisanal limoncello. Burnt coffee, in fact I left it. Should we go back? Just for the desserts and the beautiful location.

26/01/2025: Very nice tavern, the owner Marco very kind, friendly and impeccable service, the food was exquisite to say the least, I have never eaten pumpkin gnocchi so good, the ravioli exceptional and delicate, the boiled meat very good and finally the desserts were mouth-watering well done to Stefano for his way of cooking without distorting the tastes of eating. CONGRATULATIONS, I will definitely be back, a wonderful experience, thank you.

13/01/2025: I have been to the restaurant and I must say that it is of an excellent standard, very kind staff and spectacular dishes. Everything homemade with imagination such as the savory brioches, the exceptional spit, fantastic desserts. Prices are appropriate for the category. There was also a very pleasant piano bar, which absolutely needs to be redone. Finally there is also a riding school and a breeding center for beautiful Samoyeds and cattle dogs, the puppies are very cute to look at.

25/10/2024: Awful wedding food-Beautiful venue
Our family recently had our wedding here. The venue is classic, romantic and beautifully situated in the hills of Umbria. The sister-owners, Frederica and Charia were helpful and engaging and gave their full attention to the spouses and guests. It was wonderful to move into the abbazia for three days with only our guests. The breakfast included is lovely and so many options! Small issues like poor internet could not detract from the quaint and majestic setting. It was truly magical and we highly recommend this venue!
On another note, I am posting this here because I think more future couples will be able to see it: DO NOT USE THE IN-HOUSE/ON-SITE CATERER. The caterer (Alloro Restaurant) is a separate business from the Abbazia itself but is on site. While everything else for the wedding was near perfect, the food at the wedding reception from this onsite caterer was absolutely awful. It was especially disappointing since we had visited the venue a year prior to do a full menu tasting with this caterer, which was quite excellent – but what we received on the wedding day was something else entirely. The quality and quantity of the food did not approach the tasting. Some of the courses were truly laughably small, cold, and overcooked. There was also no coffee, tea or espresso service offered, and the desserts were as though they had been purchased in supermarket packages. The poor quality food and slow service tried hard to ruin an otherwise beautiful wedding day. When I went looking for the caterer to talk with her during the service, she was nowhere to be found and was at another business arrangement. While the Alloro and Abbazia are separate businesses, it is reflective on the Abbazia to even engage someone as failing as this Caterer.
