03/04/2024: Not bad but not impressive... the memories of a fantastic dinner many years before had won out and the magic simply wasn't repeated. You eat well and you pay for the quality... I can't say whether it's in line with the prices of fish and shellfish dishes, but it's certainly a restaurant worth trying.

09/03/2024: Ho impararto a diffidare di chi (peraltro con pochissime recensioni all'attivo) esprime critiche aspre parlando di cose che poi non corrispondono alla realtà. A dar retta a certi giudizi avrei dovuto evitare di entrare. Meno male che non li ho ascoltati! Il ristorante è molto bello, ottimamente arredato con un grande gusto per i particolari. Il menù (soltanto di pesce) è veramente interessante, le realizzazioni sono molto ben fatte e la preparazione dei piatti è veramente piacevole. Manca forse un tocco di inventiva nelle ricette e si rimane piuttosto nella tradizione, seppur di buonissimo livello. Ovviamente il conto è adeguato al contesto, alla varietà e alla qualità: per un antipasto di crudi e un secondo, con vino a calice, si sta sui 60/70 euro, ma prendendo un antipasto normale e un secondo tranquillo si sta sotto i 50. Il che va benissimo. Le porzioni poi sono del tutto soddifacenti. Dopo tutte queste note positive, un appunto: il servizio è veramente gentile ma visto il tono del locale non guasterebbe un po' di professionalità in più. Non basta prendere le comande senza un po' di spiegazione dei piatti o un consiglio sul vino, e non basta servire le portate senza una rapidissima spiegazione. E' solo forma, certamente, ma al cliente farebbe piacere essere servito con maggior completezza.

29/03/2024: After many years of not going there this place surprised me, we ate very well and the pizzas were fantastic. I, who have many intolerances, was able to eat a delicious pizza without finally feeling sick. A really nice place and very competent staff

30/03/2024: Very very good pizza.. A little thick, typical Neapolitan but really good! Friendly, friendly and helpful staff. Try the "curls with Nutella" as dessert 😋😋 In short, from the outside and in the area it is a little out of the way, but definitely worth a try!

01/04/2024: We had the pleasure of celebrating Easter lunch at this lovely restaurant in Castelfranco, and it was an absolute delight! Despite the bustling atmosphere, the service was exceptional—professional, efficient, and incredibly friendly, especially with kids. The restaurant has a spacious garden and a large indoor seating area, offering the perfect ambiance for any occasion. We enjoyed the seven course tasting menu, and each dish was a well crafted and served promptly with impeccable timing. The menu itself was a culinary journey, skillfully combining traditional flavors with sophisticated twists. The risotto with asparagus three ways was a highlight, perfectly al dente with delightful sweet and salty notes. The red snapper with its roasted pistachio crust was equally impressive, complemented by a rich pistachio cream. To end the meal, the warm pear and chocolate cake with silky smooth sabaglione was a heavenly finale. Overall, we highly recommend this restaurant for its impeccable service, exquisite menu, and charming ambiance. Can't wait to visit again!

04/03/2024: Siamo stati per un pranzo di famiglia ed è stato tutto perfetto. Piatti curati ,nuovi e accattivanti . Abbinamenti piatti e vini eccellenti. Personale molto preparato e attento a qualsiasi richiesta. Ambiente molto curato,raffinato e rinnovato. Un elogio all insalatina di baccalà in olio cottura su spuma di patate e il filetto di scorfano con tortino di patate alle erbe sublime. Un plauso al titolare molto preparato e attento che ci ha consigliato dei vini sublimi. Davvero complimenti a tutti anche al titolare che era in cassa molto cordiale. Grazie ci ritorneremo

17/03/2024: Let me start by saying that I have been to Eclectique years ago and I particularly liked it, which is why I wanted to go back. The atmosphere is very sophisticated, calm. There is the bar area, where you can stay for an evening, and the restaurant area. I went for dinner and had the scampi crudité as a starter and the maccheroncini cacio e pepe revisited with scampi as main course. The scampi were good, but not excellent. The salt was too much and since they were not accompanied by oil or a sauce in which to dip them, it dominated the taste. The cacio e pepe is very good and I find the combination with the scampi tare tare very perfect, because its sweetness dampened the strong taste of the pepper, in fact for my taste I would have added more. To finish I had the tiramisu with coconut mascarpone cream, served inside a coconut. The plating was delicious and very beautiful, as was the case with the other dishes. I spent a pleasant evening and in general I was satisfied with the dinner, so I will gladly return to try other dishes! 😍

21/03/2024: Terrible. We arrived at the restaurant, they seated us at a table and they didn't bring us the menus. No problem, because as soon as the owner came by to order she brought them to us. Let me start by saying that it was lunch, and therefore to get an evening menu (which includes pizzas that can be ordered for lunch) you have to ask, so as soon as the waitress came by we asked her. The owner, nearby, exclaimed a sharp and rude "no", even before we explained to her that it was for the pizza section, and not the restaurant (which, rightly, has a fixed lunch menu). The waitress then explains the mix-up and leaves us the menu. Once the pizzas arrived, we realized that in the "misto mare" the fish was cold, and in the other the chips were cold. So we kindly ask a waitress if we can warm them up, as an oversight is a human thing. It was the owner who brought them back to us and rudely told us that they weren't cold and she didn't want any controversy. Finally, as the icing on the cake, we realize that the piece of furniture next to our table is full of ants (we even found two on our jacket, get out of there). When paying the bill, we kindly explained to the owner, perhaps advising him to use a spray so that they didn't get on the table and his response was disconcerting: "but for two ants!". We've always had a good time and the pizza is good, but after such service we won't go back again.

01/04/2024: One Michelin star restaurant in the center of Castelfranco Veneto, a few steps from the walls. Location in a very beautiful period building with internal parking. We were guests for Easter lunch. Everything excellent, welcome, menu, service. A special mention to the egg filled with salted zabaglione and bruscandoli, an explosion of taste in the mouth. Top.

01/04/2024: We wanted to try a new restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised starting from the location where the atmosphere is very quiet with the staff and chef Nicola Dinato welcoming and friendly. All its refinement lies in the essentiality of the furnishings, where every detail is taken care of. The dishes are representative of a creative cuisine but at the same time with flavors and healthy ingredients of the best Venetian tradition. The courses are carefully presented and explained to enhance the sensory experience. Highly recommended. We'll be back!
