31/07/2024: The best restaurant in the lower Polesine, every time I leave this restaurant I feel ecstatic, I recommend it to everyone, very kind staff, the wine they recommend is always the best not to mention the desserts!
24/07/2024: The restaurant is unquestionably gourmet.
The quality is excellent. The wine list is remarkable and very deep, perhaps with too much space for French wines but you just have to choose and for €35-40 you can find excellent wines.
Worth mentioning are the cod with egg cooked at low temperature and the paccheri.
The desserts are excellent, especially the berry cheesecake.
The price consistent with the proposed quality.

Good quality/price ratio.
The only big flaw that in my opinion should be corrected: the rudeness of most of the ladies behind the counter.
The only boy present calms the tense spirit that you feel when you enter in there: especially at peak times and about to close "the air is cut into slices".
Compliments to chef Alex: professional, kind and polite.
23/07/2024: Prodotti di qualità e bel locale. Nel parcheggio ci sarebbe anche la possibilità di ricaricare le auto elettriche con 2 colonnine, peccato che siano sempre occupate da auto termiche. Mi chiedo che senso abbia aver sostenuto tale spesa se non si riescono ad utilizzare

19/07/2024: Sometimes "random choices" turn out to be the best. Excellent food, expertly cooked, welcoming environment and the owner, as well as being a skilled cook, proved to be an excellent entertainer. Definitely coming back.
14/06/2024: Very pleasant dinner! Wide choice of dishes, refined and at the same time simple. The homemade crostini with courgettes and cheese are delicious, the stewed cuttlefish with polenta is delicious, the fried food is crunchy, tasty and plentiful. Kind, helpful and quick. We recommend it with pleasure.

31/08/2024: In addition to staying overnight, we stopped for dinner and had some oysters, marinated anchovies, octopus and to conclude a mixed fry, all accompanied by a good, slightly stirred house Lugana.
Everything is of excellent quality, but the anchovies undoubtedly deserve a special note, they are truly good!
Fast service and courtesy were the right balance.
There aren't many tables and for the second evening we didn't find availability. Sin!
24/08/2024: I went to dinner, but it was better if I ate at home, I'm not a cook but I cook 100 times better. Plus, if I have to go to a place where the staff never cracks a smile, it's better to stay at home. Never again.

18/07/2024: La Busa in name and in fact, the managers did not understand what Hospitality means and the term Catering was not accepted.
Owner quite abrupt and rude to both staff and customers.
The cuisine is more worthy of a canteen than a restaurant, I understand that you have to work hard to stay within €15 but sometimes a little is enough to get good results. The tale of ham which is served at alternate tables to limit consumption and therefore spending. Definitely an experience not to be repeated!!!!!
