Attentive and meticulous service, flavors that pamper the palate. Absolutely reasonable prices and generous portions. We'll be back.

01/01/2026: We stopped here occasionally for Christmas and were greeted wonderfully and courteously.
The lunch was plentiful and delicious, with appetizers and first courses themed to the area.
It was definitely worth stopping for lunch.

28/12/2025: A restaurant within the city walls. A welcoming atmosphere, where you feel right at home. Helpful and smiling staff, never intrusive. Good food, quality ingredients. We had pizza, and while we waited, they offered us an appetizer of Montagnana prosciutto and giardiniera. At the end, they offered us a limoncello. These gestures make a difference and are very rare these days.
Excellent value for money.

21/12/2025: We were looking for a bar to sit at and stopped here. We found a free table outside and immediately two staff members arrived and, rather rudely, told us it was reserved but it wasn't marked. They asked us to move to the table on the opposite side (considering we have children and a stroller), and as soon as we sat down at the other table, another waitress came over and told us we had to move again because they had to "move" the table. It was definitely not the kind of treatment we expected, especially with children. I strongly advise against it given the way they acted. Rude.
07/12/2025: This was my second visit to this beautiful Hostaria. The food was excellent, the raw fish was fabulous, and the rest was great too! Unfortunately, the place wasn't heated, so it lost a few points! Highly recommended, though! 👍

05/10/2025: Dirty place, sticky tables full of crumbs. We ordered and were sent away saying, "Coffee is €3, you can leave the table." The staff was unfriendly and rude. I'm giving it one star, but it deserves even less.
17/08/2025: Cozy, typically Italian café. Very good, creamy cappuccino (€1.70). Good pastries. Comfortable chairs. Beautiful view of the main square. Cozy atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Here you can linger in peace and enjoy the Italian flair. (August 2025)

13/12/2025: I went to this place for dinner. The staff is very attentive to celiacs like me. I had a very good frozen pizza; I recommend it.
31/10/2025: I went to this place for the first time for a business lunch, and it was a terrible choice! Horrible service! They didn't bring bread, I had to ask for it, and I'm still waiting for the side dishes... 10 minutes after finishing the main course... they never arrived. Very annoyed, I waited another ten minutes in the hope of at least getting a coffee... but the waitresses were more busy tidying up the place than serving the tables... disorganization... chaos reigns supreme... TERRIBLE PLACE!

15/01/2026: Unfortunately, I have to say that the quality isn't worth the price. The counter staff was friendly when we arrived, but the table service could be improved: dishes should be cleared away at least when the next course is served.
The place seems a bit neglected, but these are minor issues compared to the main problem: the food. In my opinion, the shrimp in particular weren't fresh: the ravioli had a strong, unpleasant ammonia-like odor.
I urge you to check the quality of the shrimp and ravioli more carefully. I hope you can improve this aspect in the future.
