23/09/2025: Upon entering, we were greeted with a very friendly welcome and helpful staff. The beer selection is excellent. The food is delicious: we ordered appetizers, sandwiches, and a main course, the size of which was recommended, which was appreciated, for our young daughter. Excellent and attentive service. We had a lovely evening.

08/10/2025: I've been here several times. Today's lunch was excellent. I ordered two pizzas and two daily specials. The pizzas were good and crispy. The daily specials with pasta starters and meatballs were particularly good. They were a hit. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. If I come back to Este, I will visit the restaurant again.

08/10/2025: A highly renowned pizzeria, located just outside the historic center of Este. The menu features both traditional pizzas and a variety of pizzas made with carefully selected ingredients. The selection of domestic and international beers is also excellent. In addition to pizza, we also offer delicious meat and fish dishes. I highly recommend this place.

13/10/2025: The restaurant is pleasant and atmospheric, like most in central Florence, but the food isn't up to par. Hungry, we ordered spaghetti vongole and cotoletta with fries. I've never seen this before; the shells in the pasta were already removed, which loses their freshness because they should open during cooking, which caused the pasta to reek of fish. The cutlet was dry and had little meat; most of it was breaded, and the fries were minimal. The 4-cheese pizza, ordered for takeout, was below average; the cheeses were undetectable except for the Gorgonzzola. The staff put a lot of effort into maintaining the atmosphere (a cheerful kitchen atmosphere) and their service was impeccable, but the meals were neither prepared with high-quality ingredients nor were they delicious. I wouldn't recommend it because it might alienate you from Italian cuisine.

24/07/2025: Pizzeria by the slice overlooking the street, opposite the Carrara Castle. A few tables outside, but no table service. We went there just last night before a concert at the castle. My wife raved about the gluten-free pizza (AIC certified), homemade dough, and quality ingredients—truly excellent. The only downside I found was the €3 extra charge for gluten-free dough, but these days, it's already hard to find a pizzeria (even with table service) that offers homemade gluten-free pizza.

15/09/2025: My family and I had already been here about three months ago for our son's birthday, leaving positive comments regarding the desserts and the seafood. The only negative was the pizza, which was burnt on the bottom and raw on the sides. However, since we enjoyed the rest of the food, I wanted to give it a second chance this evening. The atmosphere was once again clean and welcoming, while the service was quick and helpful. The owner made us feel at ease right away; I appreciated her professionalism. The food was once again excellent, and this time we were more than satisfied with the pizza! Beautiful to look at, light, well-filled, and without any burn marks. Whatever you changed works. Congratulations, see you next time.

14/10/2025: My father was sick for two days after eating here with food poisoning. The salmon had gone bad. After the change in management, the cuisine has changed radically. I used to recommend it all my life. Now I strongly advise against it. A disgrace.

07/09/2025: Something changed in the kitchen, or maybe I just had a bad day, but alas, the excellent cuisine that has always made me choose this place over many others has slipped this time. The flavors are lacking, and in my opinion, the preparation is lacking. If it weren't for the ramen, which is excellent compared to other competitors, I'd be forced to say that I finished my meal just as I started it, with the same flavors throughout. I have no complaints about the service, impeccable as always, courteous, fast, and friendly. The place is still the same, welcoming and with an open kitchen, so you can eat in peace and without that feeling of having someone overseeing your table. As I said, assume it's a bad day or a change in the kitchen, because the food here has always been truly good. Today wasn't the case, but that can happen even to the best.

19/08/2025: This is a historic pastry shop in Este. Start with breakfast with brioches or pastries (obviously homemade) accompanied by an espresso or cappuccino. Then move on to the traditional cakes that brighten up important family events in Este and beyond with their deliciousness. In short, a treat for the palate of both adults and children. I recommend a pit stop to enjoy these sweet delicacies.

03/09/2025: For a takeout pizzeria, I have to say I was surprisingly surprised by the quality and kindness. We were returning from a day at the beach and needed a quick bite to eat. There are two or three tables outside, and it was the best solution for our needs. We had a special pizza and a small calzone (baguette): excellent dough and quality ingredients. I want to emphasize their great kindness and courtesy: kudos on all fronts! And I'll just point out one negative: why don't I have you near my house??? 😅

17/05/2025: What can I say, congratulations guys, I ordered 2 hamburgers to try (very good), it's 2 maximum pizzas (super). From the beginning: Perfect telephone order, I also said that the onion remained raw and hard, they cooked it and it was perfect. Arrived home, in the car with 2 very good and kind pizza couriers 😁 We open and eat the hamburgers and as said before very good, then we attacked the pizza and I must say that it is always better, the last time I had it was very good but yesterday they outdid themselves, truly excellent, excellent dough and very good filling and in the right amount. To close, congratulations to the team, keep it up!!

17/08/2025: I don't know why this restaurant has an average rating of only 3.9. It deserves at least 4.5. The food was delicious and freshly prepared. The service was excellent. I'd be happy to go back.
