19/03/2025: ''LABORATORY'' (Maserà) - it is not the first time that I immerse myself in an unpleasant atmosphere, I frequent this place at least three times a month; but lately it's falling really low. The lady at the counter seems to be annoyed by everything and would like to serve you what she wants without giving you time to decide (there was no one in the queue). Also I called to have 15 pancakes put aside and he gave me 26 (I noticed at home) and it's not the first time. In addition, I think that for a laboratory the prices are a little high (zeppole at 5 euros each, small pancakes at almost 17 euros per kg... in short... it's a real shop). I went in the morning and witnessed incredible rudeness on the part of a lady with black hair (without uniform, perhaps a relative of the owner?) towards a courier, who in a very angry and rude way pointed out to the poor gentleman in front of the customers that that was not the door for deliveries, saying: don't you know that you shouldn't enter from here? in an arrogant tone. The poor gentleman was going to that place for the first time for deliveries, and he kindly responded by pointing it out; but his face was that of someone who was very disappointed and sincerely as a customer for him too. Those who treat suppliers badly and those who always have a disappointed face when they see you come in instead of being happy to welcome you don't deserve anything in my opinion.

19/03/2025: ''LABORATORIO''(Maserà) - non è la prima volta che mi immergo in un'atmosfera poco piacevole, frequento questo locale almeno tre volte al mese; ma ultimamente sta cadendo veramente in basso. La signora al bancone sembra essere infastidita da tutto e vorrebbe servirti quello che vuole lei senza darti il tempo di decidere (non c'era nessuno in coda). Inoltre ho chiamato per farmi mettere da parte 15 frittelle e me ne ha date 26 (mi sono accorta a casa) e non è la prima volta. In aggiunta ritengo che per essere un laboratorio i prezzi siano un po' alti (zeppole a 5 euro l'una, frittelle a quasi 17 euro al Kg.. insomma... è un negozio vero e proprio). Sono andata di mattina e ho assistito ad una maleducazione incredibile da parte di una signora con i capelli neri (senza divisa, forse parente del titolare?) nei confronti di un corriere, che in modo molto stizzito e maleducato ha fatto notare al povero signore davanti ai clienti che quella non era la porta per le consegne dicendo: non lo sai che non devi entrare da di qua? con tono arrogante. Il povero signore era la prima volta che si recava in quel luogo per le consegne, e gentilmente le ha risposto facendolo notare; ma la sua faccia era di chi c'era rimasto malissimo e sinceramente da cliente anche io per lui. Chi tratta male i fornitori e chi ha sempre una faccia delusa quando ti vede entrare anziché contento di accoglierti secondo me non merita nulla.
