30/07/2024: Location molto bella perché davanti alla tomba del Petrarca in centro storico. Purtroppo i Piatti sono poco saporiti che non si fanno ricordare. Patate al forno lessate e coniglio insipido. Migliore l'antipasto . Peccato! Buono il servizio. Coperto esagerato. Non ripeterei l'esperienza.

26/07/2024: Food is 10/10 But if you want to get eaten alive by mosquitoes the whole time you are dining here go ahead. I got like 30 bites, and it causes serious allergic reaction. Servers gave us mosquito repellant coil, not one but two, but didnt help at all. Food is a topper, best that we had in italy, but not worth it. Because i was itching for like dayssss after that.

27/08/2024: Located in the upper part of the village of Arquà Petrarca, practically adjacent to the car park (be careful that it is paid, and they have updated the opening times). Bruschetteria bar that I have no difficulty defining as a "Pub" due to its wooden furnishings, benches, outdoor tables and the very welcoming atmosphere. Classic menu for this type of venue, beers, aperitifs, wines, sandwiches, piadine, lots of bruschetta to choose from, platters of cold cuts and cheeses. Prices perfectly within the local average, I would almost dare say cheaper compared to places in neighboring areas such as Monselice or Este, or Padua, where they go much further. Friendly and kind staff, a stop at Ventolone is always there, you can never go wrong. It's fine for the midday aperitif, for the afternoon two-wheel ride (with pedals or engine!), which, in my opinion, is the best moment, in the evening, for an aperitif or dinner with the sunset lights, or, in the autumn/winter period with the soft lights of the village. It may be slightly difficult to reach for those who do not know the Euganean Hills with their narrow streets, and being located in the upper part it could be difficult to park, but in the lower part there is a very large car park - also for a fee. From there, it's about 10 minutes on foot, with a bit of a climb (watch out for your heels!!), which, it must be said, could be a bit difficult... Nothing impossible to tackle, it will still be worth it, I won't you will regret it, especially because by parking in the lower part you will have the opportunity to cross the entire village of Arquà Petrarca and perhaps buy some local products. > My travel advice: get on a motorbike, or, better yet, on a Vespa in the September-October period, in the late afternoon where the Euganean Hills are fantastic, go around them slowly, enjoy the view with the coolness and sunset lights that await you.

06/06/2024: We have been to a number of restaurants with 4.5 out of 5 stars, but the experience was less good than this place. That is why we give is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. It is a bit further away from the village, but the location is beautiful. Even though they do not speak English well, we were understood. Very friendly people who really think along with you. Original menu, good portions, delicious food and a good price for an expensive looking restaurant!

15/04/2024: Domenica 14 aprile abbiamo pranzato in questo locale previa prenotazione. Le informazioni date telefonicamente non si sono poi dimostrate reali. Molta disorganizzazione e il poco personale presente troppo giovane ed inesperto. Arrivati alle 13 abbiamo ordinato le pietanze dopo circa 1 ora. Verso le 14.45 arrivato l'antipasto ci informano che sono terminate le materie prime per alcuni primi piatti, hanno servito quanto richiesto sostituendo con altro ancora disponibile. Siamo cascati male. Direi una consolazione amara sentirsi dire dopo circa 2 ore di attesa che alcuni prodotti erano terminati. I contorni striminziti e banali, il tutto cmq molto ridotto nelle porzioni visti anche i prezzi applicati. Niente da dire sulla qualità della preparazione delle pietanze. Da rivedere le porzioni, i tempi di attesa e l'organizzazione degli addetti in sala. Ci aspettavamo qualcosa di piacevole invece... è stato un pranzo sofferto! Che peccato.
