08/08/2026: This cabin is a beautiful location with a very well-kept and pleasant atmosphere.
Unfortunately, the interesting cuisine could be developed a little better. The pork tomahawk is served undercooked inside: prolonged cooking at a low temperature would have solved the problem, leaving the meat soft and juicy.
The strawberry tiramisu is decidedly watered down, taking away the flavor of the cream.
Prices are perhaps not adequate for the quality of the food.
The service is courteous and attentive.
08/08/2026: The food was very good and flavorful, and the service was great. Clear explanations were given regarding the allergens in our group (gluten and onion), and for each dish, it was indicated individually whether something could be eaten or not. The waiter was really super nice and helpful. The view was, of course, truly amazing as well. The price was also very reasonable.

More than reasonable prices and friendly service. What more could you ask for?
02/05/2026: We arrived at this bar at 3 PM after descending from the Franco Marta bivouac. It was the only place open in Santo Stefano. We were very happy with our choice. Friendly service and very fair prices. We will definitely return if we return to these fantastic areas. Highly recommended.

25/02/2026: I often order and buy from Baldisarutti, especially the pear and Nutella strudel (excellent), except this time I asked for it as usual, and at home I was surprised to find that the strudel contained sponge cake, resulting in very few pears and chocolate at an exorbitant price.
1. Not what I asked for
2. Not good
Next time I'll be careful to ask for it without sponge cake since no one warned me.

Very nice location, very kind staff, I ordered a sandwich from the menu, and I must say it was very generous, truly delicious!!!
RECOMMENDED!!!!

15/02/2026: Their products are usually very good. But we went for breakfast on Saturday morning and the counter was almost empty; there were very few croissants left at 10:00 AM. Shortly afterward, more were brought, and we obviously thought they were freshly baked... they were obviously old, almost inedible, terrible. I would have appreciated being warned rather than being given old products and passed them off as new (and charged for them as new). I hope this never happens again.

16/05/2026: Beautiful place and very friendly staff. My mom and I went for a quick break. The food was delicious; they make everything: sweet, savory, soft drinks, coffee, and more. You can tell when something is done well, and this certainly is. There are also tables where you can sit, and it's very cozy. Keep going, it's beautiful. We'll definitely be back.

is hard and old.

24/07/2025: La val Visdende è stata una scoperta meravigliosa e poter trovare un ristorante accogliente come questo non è da poco
Abbiamo cenato il sabato sera con menù a base di erbe di montagna e siamo stati molto bene.
Locale pulito, personale cortese e ottimo cibo.
È il secondo anno che passiamo in questa valle ma ci torneremo ancora...

31/08/2024: Ci vado molto spesso, è un locale molto grande bello e caldo (in inverno fa la differenza). Il personale è sempre gentile e disponibile. La pizza ultimamente è ancora più buona che qualche anno fa. Consiglio di prenotare.
