Good hot chocolate.
I also ate the pancakes, but I didn't like them, too greasy with oil.
Good service, friendly and polite staff.
Nice place, well furnished.
Correct price.
02/01/2025: Visited Pasticceria Bressan today and had a wonderful experience. We tried a couple of things, including cappuccino, caffè al ginseng, and the mousse pralinato chantilly francese, panna cotta con caramello, bignè alla crema e quadrato alla zucca —everything was absolutely amazing! They were exceptional, and the quality truly stood out. The service was also top-notch; the staff was friendly and attentive, and we never felt rushed. A perfect place to enjoy a relaxing treat. Highly recommend!

22/02/2025: We spent a wonderful weekend at this hotel. The room was clean and warm, excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff.
The area is excellent as a starting point for numerous excursions and finally you can relax in the heated swimming pool. The spa is also recommended. We will definitely be back

Small and tasteless portions.
Typical dish (1 sausage + 1 piece of grilled Dobbiaco cheese + polenta + mushrooms); the mushrooms still tasted like frozen, since they were soaked in water, not even sautéed a little.
Plate of steamed vegetables: directly drained and put on the plate with no seasoning.
German-style potatoes: not tasty.
Tasteless bread.
Good red wine.
We asked for advice on dessert (ice cream, truffle, sorbet, grandma's cake): nothing made by them
Question: where are the typical dishes??
Cover charge about €2 per person for tablecloth and paper napkins

18/05/2025: This place undoubtedly offers many possibilities for improvement. A warmer welcome and more attentive service would contribute to creating a more pleasant atmosphere. The management of prices could be reviewed to be more balanced and in line with the offer. A greater commitment to ensuring full customer satisfaction would be desirable. We trust that these suggestions can be useful to fully enhance the potential of this space.
18/05/2025: If I could I would put zero! Unspeakable! Unpleasant and unprepared staff, a string and a spritz €18, the string arrived red, without me having asked for it (they decide) and watered down. The cutting board was miserable with focaccia crusts, two focaccias with an artichoke and two pieces of focaccia with cheese. No other color arrived! When we complained (at least the two tables next to us had more variety) we were told that they had that... obviously inside I checked there was something else!!! Waited more than 30 minutes to have these pieces of cold focaccia that even seemed like leftovers from the day before! A theft they should be ashamed! In Novara there are definitely better places for an aperitif!!! And as a finale I get up and find my trousers stained with a sticky cream left on the chair by previous customers! AVOID GETTING RIPPED OFF!!!!! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!

06/11/2024: Abbiamo visitato valvisdende e al ritorno ci siamo fermati per un pranzo. Il menù è vario e buono. Qualità e prezzo sono buoni. Personale e ambiente familiare. Ci siamo tornati altre volte con piacere. Consigliato!!
04/09/2024: Un pò scomodo arrivarci, ma ne vale la pena, primi e secondi di ottima qualità, prezzo molto buono. Poi il panorama è fantastico e dopo pranzo si può passeggiare nel bosco. Consigliato

31/08/2024: Ci vado molto spesso, è un locale molto grande bello e caldo (in inverno fa la differenza). Il personale è sempre gentile e disponibile. La pizza ultimamente è ancora più buona che qualche anno fa. Consiglio di prenotare.
