18/07/2025: Yesterday, in this place I loved so much, I experienced a disappointment that will stay with me for a long time. I believed in the sincerity of smiles and kindness, which instead hid aridity and superficiality. And the thing that hurts most is having judged someone so highly who didn't deserve such a judgment. I wasted so many positive thoughts that I could have given to others. My judgment is directed at one person only, not the rest of the staff and Mr. Mauro, whom I continue to believe to be sincere. What does this have to do with the food? Perhaps even more than the food itself; there are many places with sincere smiles that welcome you a little less. I continue to recommend this place for the kindness of Mr. Mauro and for the kindness of the staff, which isn't exaggerated, but perhaps for the most sincere and deserving.

06/04/2025: We often go to Dora, in Spert, a small and enchanting village! We are passionate about pizza made with wholemeal dough and here at Dora we have found our main reference! Mariella, the creator of a dough that we consider superlative, takes care of ingredients, processing and perfect cooking with scrupulous expertise! What can I say! Top marks for this extraordinary pizzeria!

26/06/2025: "...I'm never going back there!" That's the conclusion of my visit to la carpa. The experience: a taciturn and bad-tempered old woman just waves her hands, is downright unfriendly, slaps your food on the table, and acts like she doesn't understand a thing. On the plus side, the drinks are cold. The paninis are kind of dry, with uninspiring toppings—well, and if someone keeps staring at you unfriendly, you pay, leave the rest, get on your bike, and move on. I've never been there before, and I'm never going back.

15/06/2025: Arrived at 3pm on foot after 18km on foot and ask for an ice cream and a glass of water and be told the bar service opens at 4pm we are serving the lunch shift tables... embarrassing. zero rating. At the white bar they serve ice cream at any time!!!!

15/06/2025: Never again, we went there to drink something cool given the high temperatures, we were denied service because they had to serve the tables first and we had to wait half an hour for a glass of water. Luckily there are other places....
