15/02/2026: A quaint and very popular place. I found a table, but all the items on the menu were unavailable. The cheeses served with honey and mustard were excellent, the cured meats were top-notch, and the porchetta was excellent. The waiter, though professional, maintained an attitude I didn't appreciate. The tripe parmigiana was excellent, as were the desserts.

09/02/2026: Overall, the food is decent, the view is beautiful, and the service is friendly. Unfortunately, the bathrooms aren't big enough for the number of people they serve—only two (one for men and one for women)—and they're not very comfortable. I didn't see the rooms because we only ate there. Reservations are recommended, as you might not get a table. I highly recommend it. There's plenty of parking and a relaxed atmosphere.

16/11/2025: Agriturismo Filippon in Tambre has become a regular destination for us, a refuge where you can unwind and immerse yourself in nature. The place has been beautifully renovated, warm and welcoming thanks to the predominant use of wood, with large windows offering a bucolic, green, and rejuvenating view of the surrounding meadows. The atmosphere is authentic and authentic: the dishes change frequently, reflecting the seasons and the availability of raw materials, always ensuring freshness and authenticity. Every visit is a pleasant discovery. Their true and undisputed strength, their signature dish, is the extraordinary homemade ice cream. Having cows and producing their own milk, the quality is unparalleled. It's a must-try in any season, and worth the trip alone! We highly recommend booking, as the place is always full, a clear sign of the general appreciation. The area also offers wonderful opportunities to digest the delicacies: the surrounding walks are enchanting, such as the one leading to the "Bus de la Lum." Filippon is the perfect combination of excellent cuisine, relaxation, and nature. Highly recommended!

Starters, three platters, 10 first courses, 5 second courses, three desserts, five coffees. I paid €400 and it's not worth it.

Sunday was busier, Saturday much quieter; however, the service was exquisite and attentive on both occasions, with a different menu each time and truly excellent, both the meats (especially the goat and donkey) and the homemade tagliatelle and gnocchi. A spectacular location with a fabulous view of the surrounding mountains. A special mention for the ricotta cake (you'll want to wrap your head around it), and for the convenient changing table in the lovely, warm bathroom.
