19/09/2025: We went to L'Osteria for lunch. We ordered a pizza buffalo, fried seafood, sea bass, and carpaccio. After a 40-minute wait, our food finally arrived. The pizza was bland and tasted of nothing. The seafood didn't come with any dip or anything, and it wasn't particularly good either. The sea bass was overcooked and dry, and the carpaccio was (oddly) white/greyish, tasteless, and felt like rubber. We've rarely had such a bad meal. We were truly disappointed.

11/10/2025: Poor food, the seafood was inedible. The prawns and scampi tasted of ammonia, the casing hadn't been removed, and the squid weren't disgusting, they were the frozen ones from abroad. A fried man would be better.
Never again....Sad experience.
12/09/2025: The restaurant would earn more if the food had been served warm, and if the wait staff perhaps spoke a little more than Italian and perhaps could or would also be willing to comment on the wines on offer. The service was somewhat cool.

13/10/2025: I was with my family. We ordered both fruity and creamy flavors. Unfortunately, none of them had any flavor. The staff was reluctant, sullen, and uninterested. The price was very high for a two-flavor cone.
10/10/2025: It was delicious. However, I was scammed. 2 scoops for 8 euros instead of 5. The saleswoman couldn't remember five minutes later. Sad. Apparently, that's necessary. Too bad. My first bad experience in Peschiera.

28/09/2025: A sushi restaurant that presents itself as ordinary but hides an unexpected variety and quality. The dinner menu offers a wide selection, and the waiters and staff are friendly. Excellent value for money.

03/10/2025: Unfortunately, I can't give a comprehensive review. We sat down and waited 10 minutes, hoping they'd come take our order, but nothing happened.
In the meantime, other customers were seated and were served promptly... we left.

04/10/2025: Very nice restaurant, we were greeted very warmly, the dog was given water straight away, the food was delicious and the service was top-notch too.
03/10/2025: On the lakeside promenade between Peschiera and Sirmione. It's definitely worth a stop.

16/05/2025: We had the misfortune of having dinner here. The lasagne was bland, watery and overcooked to the point of being mush, carbonara had turned into scrambled egg and the roast potatoes were soggy and cold. I expect everything was frozen and reheated in the microwave. I sent my lasagne back and staff then avoided our table for the rest of the meal, even when it was apparent that several dishes were untouched. They were indifferent when I mentioned the issues with the food. If I was the owner I would be extremely concerned that such poor standard of food is allowed to leave the kitchen as most of it was inedible.
17/04/2025: Ottimo per tutto! Cibo, Prezzi, Posizione! Ci torno sempre volentieri al Ristorante Pizzeria Vecchia Marina; Lo consiglio!
p.s. fanno anche un ulteriore sconto del 10% a chi alloggia all'attiguo Hotel Johnson ! (Ottimo Hotel che consiglio).

The menu is large, reasonably priced, and staff are polite & efficient. Noticed the owner on the floor putting in a shift,always a good sign. We were a party of 15 of all ages and service was very good. We had a very pleasant experience and our 'go to ' on Bella Italia .
30/06/2025: Very hot, no fans, no area with air conditioning, lots of flies, midgets and mosquitoes in the area and no obvious effort to control them. A few candles to repel them would have helped.
Long waits for ordering and for food to come but the staff were lovely and the food was great so overall I would go back.

04/06/2025: Frequento la locanda del santuario praticamente ogni giorno per la pausa pranzo, e posso dire con certezza che è una delle migliori opzioni in zona per chi lavora e cerca un pasto completo, gustoso e ben servito. Il personale è sempre accogliente e cordiale, il menù di lavoro è ben strutturato ogni giorno vengono proposti due primi e due secondi a scelta, accompagnati da contorno, acqua, caffè e da uno squisito dolce finale sempre fresco e ben presentato.
In sintesi: un pranzo di lavoro che unisce semplicità, bontà e ospitalità.
07/05/2025: Personale molto cordiale, struttura ben curata e pulita, accessibile anche in carrozzina. Location suggestiva e tranquilla.
