16/11/2024: After visiting Castelfranco Veneto, we came for lunch here. We took the roundup with the 3 skewered meats, €25, with sirloin, shoulder and bacon, and between the three of us the bacon was the one I liked the most, and then also a mixed grill with sausage, ribs, bacon and chicken , but among these I didn't find anything that I liked more than the others because they were all very basic, €21. So quantity/price I must say is a bit disproportionate because ultimately the trio is with 3 particular cuts of meat but in any case the portion was not very large as was the grilled food. Good quality of meat but honestly €62 for 2 seconds of which one is very basic and 2 side dishes so I wouldn't say it's worth it. Excellent service, very nice place but the food itself didn't excite me but it's not 3 stars but almost 4, let's say 3.5 stars
16/11/2024: Dopo aver visitato Castelfranco Veneto, siamo venuti a pranzo qui. Abbiamo preso la carrellata con le 3 carni allo spiedo, €25, con controfiletto, spalla e pancettone, e tra me tre il pancettone era quello che mi è piaciuto di più, e poi anche una grigliata mista con salsiccia, costine, bacon e pollo, però tra queste non ho trovato qualcosa che mi è piaciuta più delle altre perche erano tutte molto basic, €21. Allora quantità prezzo devo dire un po’ sproporzionata perché alla fin fine si il tris è con 3 tagli di carne particolari ma comunque la porzione non era grandissima così come la grigliata. Qualità della carne buona però sinceramente 62€ per 2 secondi di cui uno molto basic e 2 contorni allora non direi che ne vale la pena. Servizio eccellente, posto molto grazioso però il cibo in sé non mi ha entusiasmato

Yesterday the women who was working for closing shift around 6 pm she was so rude and unprofessional, she was so angry to me !!!!! You made mistakes and I asked her to correct my cake that I ordered before.
She was unhelpful, very rude and upset with me! . Do you think that the people will back again in your store after your bad costumer service!!? Who is the manager in this store????? Chi è la donna che lavora la con i capelli lungi scuri ieri intorno le 6 si 13 Aprile? 😡😡😡😡😡😡 you definitely need to go on tik tok as well!!!!!
14/04/2024: The worst costumer service ever seen in my life!
I had bad experience with one of the staff inside the store.
Tha women who was working on 13 th on April at 6 pm was so rude to me, unhelpful and unprofessional.
Basically they make a mistake with my cake and I just asked her if she can correct my name because was completely wrong!!
(despite that i had written my name as-side for her correctly)
She was so upset and she didn’t wanted to correct for me! She said I am not sure if I can do it now!
The women with long dark hair I think she doesn’t know what dos it means professional costumer service,
She needs training for how to approach the costumer and she needs to learn more for people skills.
If she is not happy there, she doesn’t need to keep this job!
I will never come because of her behavior!! 😡😡😡😡

26/10/2023: A parte il gusto che è soggettivo, manca certificazione prodotti Biologici e manca certificazione Vegan ok. Perciò scorrendo il libro degli ingredienti ho notato che pochissimi ingredienti sono dichiarati biologici e soprattutto viene aggiunto l'emulsionante MONO E DIGLICERIDI DEGLI ACIDI GRASSI in cui non è specificato di quale origine quindi ne deduco che sia di origine animale (scarti di macellazione) o anche è possibile minerale derivato dal petrolio ( quando è vegetale viene specificato perché è un minimo migliore di quello animale e minerale e soprattutto per i cibi vegani va specificato) che è un ingrediente di per sé scadente e se di origine animale non può essere aggiunto a un prodotto Vegan. Equiparabile a una qualsiasi gelateria detta artigianale (termine vago che non serve a identificare qualità, come PuroeBio che è solo il nome della catena di gelaterie).
