Service fantastic! I think I've never before seen it so efficient, and that when the place is packed! Well done.
We had pizzas - the base was amazing, the rest was ok. I suppose it's what you choose, would still recommend.
One thing that was not at all exciting is the atmosphere - there basically isn't one... You're in a dinning room, plenty of tables, kids running around and playing on the floor - not great if you want a quiet evening after a day on the slopes.
13/03/2024: In this place I ate excellent pizza in a very pleasant atmosphere, I will return on other occasions and the staff is super friendly

03/03/2024: Excellent inn, typical South Tyrolean, with a magnificent atmosphere. Quality dishes, well presented, made me forget about the table which was a little uncomfortable for me as I have long legs. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

05/04/2024: A splendid place to spend a few hours having lunch, having a drink or visiting the Lumen museum.
Excellent cuisine in a not too formal environment. You can also access ski clothes. At the same time you are treated like in the best restaurants. We trusted the dark menu and we didn't regret it. The presentation of the dishes was also excellent, the chef came personally to present the dessert and we were very pleased. I was surprised by the fact that having only asked for a glass of red they served me a Barolo from a magnum bottle. I gave 4 stars to the environment because at lunch if there is no clear sky to enjoy the view you lose a lot even if the restaurant itself is very beautiful. I gave the food a 4 because the dishes were delicious but not all wow-worthy. However, it is an experience that we will repeat. Highly recommended

Owners reserved, exceptional, available and very quick in serving tables.
Exceptional cuisine with a variety of dishes. According to your tastes.
Bar with wide choice.
Bright, very warm and quiet rooms. New furnishings all in wood. Convenient compartment for storing winter equipment.
External panoramic veranda with view of the Dolomite area.

06/04/2024: I stayed at the Erika hotel for 5 nights with my family. Dinner and breakfast always delicious. Sofia and Lucia are extremely kind and always available and attentive to the customer's needs. We will definitely return

We were happy with the food as a snack
23/02/2024: Stayed here for 2 nights whilst on a ski safari. Rooms were very clean and spacious but basic.
Location is fantastic as you are halfway up the slope, and in the evening have a ring side seat watching the piste bashers.
Evening meal is a set menu with no choice (unless you are allergic). They make a fuss about starting the service at 7pm, but as are not choosing any of the courses I'm not sure why.
Pasta was not homemade (as it had been in all the previous refugios, hotels we stayed at) but came straight out of a packet, and the main course came on large platters which needed to be passed round.
Main issue was the fact that I was due to change rooms after the first night and whilst I was at breakfast the staff moved all of my personal items. Thankfully these had already been packed, as I intended to move everything after breakfast.

07/02/2024: Consiglio vivamente questo posto, location super, direttamente sulle piste. Sia in famiglia sia con amici...Si mangia bene/issimo,se devo trovare proprio qualcosa da dire potrei dire di aggiungere qualcosa alla colazione .
04/10/2023: Posizione ottima in estate con terrazza esposta al sole.
Menù tipico con prezzi in linea con l'offerta.
Piatti buoni e abbondanti.
