30/09/2025: Absolutely amazing. Like, I was not prepared for what a gem this place was. Loved all the sauna options and the hours for them were great. The room was immaculately clean. Breakfast was delicious and had everything one could want. And there was so much staff around all the time, cleaning, prepping, greeting. I have never experienced that. I wish I had more time to stay here, but will hopefully be back for nordic ski season!

04/10/2025: We had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Hotel Gratschwirt in Toblach at the end of the summer season, and we have to say – it was simply WOW!
The location is perfect, surrounded by breathtaking nature. The recently renovated room was a true retreat: comfortable, clean, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities you could need.
The staff was super friendly, attentive, and genuinely took care of our well-being with great warmth in every respect.
The half-board dinner, a 5-course menu, was a highlight every day – delicious, varied, and more than sufficient.
Our stay at the Hotel Gratschwirt was thoroughly relaxing and exceeded our expectations. Also worth mentioning is the wellness area with pool and sauna, where we found relaxation after our mountain activities.
If the opportunity arises, we will definitely come back. Highly recommended for anyone seeking peace and quiet amidst the beauty of South Tyrol in the Dolomites.

05/10/2025: My wife and I had dinner with two other friends. We had a great time with traditional South Tyrolean dishes, decorated in Tyrolean style with all homemade products. If I return to those parts, we would go there again.

03/10/2025: I ordered a barley soup for €10. I thought that was pretty expensive for a soup. It was by far the worst thing I've ever had anywhere. A watery broth with maybe three spoonfuls of barley, three pieces of potato, and some herbs. Completely runny, see-through to the bottom, and tasteless. And not even bread! I've never seen it before! A complete rip-off. Unenthusiastic and uncaring staff with zero knowledge of cooking! 6 stars! Never again! Please pack a snack in your backpack or go to the 3 Zinnenhütte or Auronzohütte.
27/09/2025: 6 euros for water with syrup :D 15 euros for pasta with tomato sauce without anything else. A bit overpriced but given the location it is in, I understand.
Even out of season at the end of September, there is practically nowhere to sit. Such a promising stop that will disappoint you a bit. If you are doing the Tre Cime circuit, probably not, but if you are going all the way from Lago Di Landro, then yes.

06/03/2025: Splendido rifugio molto rustico e ancora oggi con arredo antiquato e per questo autentico! Apprezziamo molto questo rifugio e torniamo ogni anno in quanto si trova distante dall'altro e nella stagione invernale si può raggiungere solo a piedi, facendo desistere molte persone nel raggiungerlo; ciò offre un ambiente più intimo e come un affluenza turistica molto bassa. Personale sempre gentile pietanze molto buone e prezzi abbastanza elevati. Nelle giornate di sole e assenza di vento si può ammirare un panorama unico.

16/09/2024: Come tutti i ristoranti a Dobbiaco è superaffollato, pur essendo bassa stagione, tanto che fanno doppi turni.
Personale gentile, servizio veloce, prezzi contenuti.Consiglio: cotoletta con patate, grande e saporita di tacchino e gulasch, un po' meno i canederli.
È anche pizzeria e ho visto, andandoci x 2 volte, che la maggior parte ordina pizza, sarà buona ma non so.
Essendo in centro al paese è comodo e non c'è bisogno di prendete la macchina, dopo essere stati in giro tutto il giorno.

Pizza croccante e molto buona. Fanno anche hamburger 🍔 e kebab degni di nota.

21/06/2025: Tuvimos una buena experiencia aquí después de un largo día de senderismo en las montañas. La comida era muy buena: el kebab con falafel estaba delicioso y la hamburguesa tampoco decepcionó. Este lugar es una gran opción para los vegetarianos.
Los precios eran muy razonables, especialmente por la calidad de la comida, y el personal era amable y dio un gran servicio. Muy recomendable para cualquiera que busque una comida satisfactoria y asequible en un entorno relajado!
