We had a fantastic stay in this hotel, where we felt at home from the first moment. The girl at the reception welcomed us with extraordinary kindness, providing us with excellent advice on both restaurants to try and attractions to visit in Bolzano and Trentino.
The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, which made our stay even more pleasant. The breakfast was delicious and varied, perfect for starting the day with energy. Furthermore, all the staff were always kind and smiling, creating a welcoming and warm atmosphere.
The location of the hotel is ideal, just a few steps from Piazza Walter, which allowed us to easily explore the city. We can't wait to return!
Highly recommended!

22/12/2024: I would have rated this stay 6 stars if I could have. My husband and I stayed for the weekend and had the absolute best time. We came for the Christmas markets and got to take the cable car down from the hotel to town. It’s an easy walk to town from the cable car stop. Once we were good and cold we came back to enjoy the hot tub and the best dinner at the restaurant. The hotel staff are so kind. The rooms are beautiful with amazing views. The wine list is amazing, and they were very accommodating to our dog who was a last minute addition to the trip. We will be back for sure!

17/01/2025: We were at the Eggentaler Hof on the recommendation of a business partner and will definitely pass this on! Very quiet location and great rooms. The food was really delicious and the wine recommendations in the bar were great! Service staff very attentive and friendly. We would love to come back. Unfortunately we can't say anything about the sauna or pool because we didn't use them.
14/01/2025: I can recommend this inn (restaurant) and hotel with a clear conscience and from the bottom of my heart. The entire business has been perfectly modernized and is one of my favorite places in South Tyrol.
The food was always excellent and the service professional and very friendly. This is not least due to the junior boss Moritz, who shines with in-depth specialist knowledge of food and wine. Especially with the last ones you immediately feel his passion and passion. It's just fun to get advice from him and learn from his expertise.
I really hope that the Eggentaler will stay with us for a long time and we are already looking forward to our next visit. Absolutely deserved 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!!!!!

07/12/2024: Very refined place and equally personal. Ideal for a romantic dinner or if you want to create such a situation. Parsnip soup, glass of wine and tiramisu €29. For me there is also a bit of location in the price. Recommended for couples.

07/07/2024: Oggi dopo l'ennesima delusione ho deciso di scrivere la recensione... alle 19 ci presentiamo per ordinare una teglia d'asporto ma anche stavolta ci viene risposto che non ve ne erano altre disponibili (e fin qua niente di anomalo)... salvo poi aggiungere che ne avrebbe altre 2 che però sono già prenotate e di prendere semmai i tranci esposti... peccato che negli ultimi 2 mesi ad ogni tentativo (e ne abbiamo fatti parecchi) ci sia sempre stato risposto che non venivano accettate prenotazioni (l'ultimo tentativo giovedì chiedendo per sabato) ma che sarebbe stato necessario presentarsi al chiosco e prenderla al momento (chi prima arriva...)... ma si vede che per questi fortunati non funzionava così...
dopo anni che tra tranci ed il resto andavo li ci sono veramente rimasto male perchè non è il modo di trattare i clienti.
Peccato perchè la pizza è buona ma se questo è il modo di trattare le persone e prenderle in giro meglio cambiare pizzeria
