Attitude of the staff not exactly the best in my opinion.
Greeted very cheerfully by a waitress who shows us the menu of the day: €15 starter (in general) + 1 dish of your choice from the blackboard.
Well, we were 3 people, 2 of whom decided to take the lunch menu for €15. We take two appetizers and two dishes from the blackboard menu.
At the end of the lunch the surprise: we don't pay €15 but around €25/30 because, according to the owner I believe, the chosen starter was not among those on the menu of the day, but it had absolutely NOT been communicated to us beforehand.
It's a shame because the customer's perception is certainly not positive and this doesn't incentivize them to return, or rather something else entirely. We feel very taken for a ride.
If you are interested in constructive feedback, I certainly suggest greater transparency with your customers

22/12/2023: Panettoni e dolci di Natale, così come dolci pasquali imbattibili sia nel rapporto qualità/ prezzo che per bontá . Hanno un unico grande problema: c’è talmente tanta gente in fila per prendere i panettoni, lavorano talmente tanto che se uno deve contattarli perchè ha avuto un problema e deve parlare con loro, è praticamente impossibile. Stavano per darmi via i panettoni nonostante li avessi chiamati almeno 10 volte, e una volta fossi riuscita a parlare con loro che mi garantivano li avrebbero tenuti da parte per me fino alle 13:45. Capisco che con la mole di lavoro che hanno sia impossibile grstire le telefonate. Peró dovrebbero puntare su questo punto nei mesi di Natale e Pasqua, affinchè non ci siano equivoci. Schiacciate salate, panini e pizze divini. Li conosco da anni e ogni anno sono sempre al top. Consigliato.
