07/12/2024: Good coffee, but inedible and expensive pizza.
From an aperitif point of view, it is certainly not a place suitable for vegetarians. In fact, by purchasing a drink you will be brought some appetizers, there will be no great vegetarian alternatives other than pizzas, since you are obliged to discard the rest even though we had expressly declared that we are vegetarians and do not eat meat.

it's called "Bell's Pub" but it should be called "Ubaldo's living room". If you decide to enter, you decide to go and visit Ubaldo, the manager, in his living room, aware that you will certainly be the object of ridicule and that you will hardly be able to have private conversations (unless you explicitly ask for privacy).
The bathroom is dark and the switch is dark, so go there with your cell phone flashlight.
The customer is only right after he has paid, or maybe not.
There isn't a menu and don't ask because Ubaldo will get pissed off.
Refrain from touchy, narrow-minded and faint-hearted people.
Recommended for those who have lost the meaning of life, because they could really find it there.
01/09/2024: Non sn mai stato così male in un locale. A volte credo che il Signore mi mandi delle prove di autocontrollo per verificare se merito o meno l’ingresso per il paradiso. Il gestore è di un’arroganza, una inefficienza e una presunzione mai vista. Ordini una cosa e lui inserisce a suo piacimento altri ingredienti non pattuiti senza neanche chiedere se va bene. Glielo faccio presente spiegando che purtroppo sono allergico e lui con tono e vocaboli ai limiti della tolleranza, si arrabbia dicendo che glielo potevo dire prima. Spero x voi di non passare neanche per sbaglio di lì. Peccato perché il borgo è bello e il pub è situato in una stradina caratteristica.

20/04/2024: Place appears to largely rely on takeaways and outside dining with only a small indoor seating area. So when there was six of us it was rather cramped.
We had between us the risotto, cotoletta with potatoes and the pici pasta with pepper. Food was reasonable given where we were and the price. Bill came to EUR55-00 that included one large bottle of sparkling water and the service charge.
Staff were friendly.

19/05/2024: Ore 12:10 della domenica. Decine di persone in coda fuori dal ristorante, in attesa di essere - come dice il cartello all'ingresso - accompagnati al tavolo. All'interno decine di tavoli liberi e NON prenotati, ma dalle decine di persone in fila si presenta un cameriere ogni 3/4 minuti. La gente inizia a protestare. Qualcuno inizia a chiamare "c'è nessuno?", ma niente. Rompi gli indugi dopo oltre venti minuti di attesa. Entro, vado dalla prima persona dello staff e dico: "guardi, avete decine di tavoli liberi e decine di persone in coda, se nessuno ci calcola ce ne andremo tutti". Risposta della signorina: "per me potete anche andare"
Io me ne sono andato con la famiglia e, sicuramente, per quanto mi riguarda Old Wild West all'Outlet Valdichiana Village può chiudere.
05/05/2024: Un attesa di due ore per entrare e i tavoli erano liberi. Dopo entrati un’ora e mezza per ordinare. 3 persone per 160 tavoli mi hanno detto. Da vergogna.
