27/03/2026: A truly negative experience. I approached the drinks area and picked up some candy just to look at it better, with no intention of taking it. Despite this, I was accused of trying to steal it. Even worse was the way I was treated: the staff addressed me in an aggressive and offensive tone, even insulting me. Such behavior is completely inappropriate and inexcusable. I understand that caution is needed, but accusing a customer without evidence and treating them with disrespect is unacceptable. I will not return and I do not recommend it. (P.S. I'm 16 years old.)
