29/10/2024: This restaurant would be in itself a good enough reason to come back to Salina. Food, service, atmosphere, it’s all perfect! The food is a selection of eolian dishes, using local ingredients and greatly executed with originality. That walnut ice cream- fig jam dessert… unforgettable.

16/09/2024: The structure needs a serious renovation, the room is large but the cleanliness leaves something to be desired, the mattress is terrible and uncomfortable, the breakfast is poor and not very varied, the cappuccino is almost cold, the croissants are just defrosted. Very high price compared to the quality of the place. Swimming pool impracticable, the only nice thing is the view. Not recommended.
02/09/2024: una location incantevole, panorama a 180°, a 3 min di navetta (mandata dal ristorante al nostro albergo). Cucina tipica, semplice e con tanto pesce, senza fronzoli gourmet e microporzioni.

Seriously the best ricotta cannoli I tried (I’ve been trying different places every day). What sets them apart is the filling: you can actually taste the ricotta not just sugar like in most places.
The bad:
The food portions could be bigger given the price point.
