29/07/2024: I had the pleasure of dining in this restaurant in Milazzo and I was enchanted. The dishes truly tell the story and culture of Sicily, with fresh, seasonal and often organic ingredients. Every bite was an explosion of genuine flavours. The service was impeccable, attentive and professional, helping to make the experience even more pleasant. An authentic experience that I highly recommend to anyone who wants to taste true Sicilian cuisine.

17/08/2024: I took both the pizza, the fritturine and the rustici. Everything top. Tonight I had the fried fish. 😍Truly stellar. Generous portions, very fresh fish and light frying. I brushed it off in a flash. Friendly and approachable owners and employees. What can I say: keep going.

26/08/2024: The REAL Milazzo. A guarantee for years, but this year they have outdone themselves. Quality, quantity, price make it the best pizza in Milazzo. Particularly recommended are the Messina-style focaccia and the tuna and onion one... mouth-watering! Great guys, see you next time

23/07/2024: Non vi è alcun'ombra di dubbio, la più buona pizza che si possa gustare nella provincia di Messina è solo da Acqua e Farina a Milazzo. Non appena assaporate l'inebriante fragranza degli impasti, uniti a un' incantevole combinazione di ingredienti tutti freschi e di altissima qualità, vi renderete conto che quello con questa pizza sarà un amore a primo morso. Impasti studiati e curati nei minimi dettagli con metodo scientifico, con farine grezze, alta idratazione e con ampi tempi di maturazione e fermentazione,rendono la pizza di una leggerezza e digeribilità uniche che ne viene voglia di mangiarne un' altra dopo la prima. Il cornicione non è decisamente pronunciato nella ormai assodata forma " a canotto" della diversamente napoletana, ma se ne apprezza la consistenza ed il suo sapore. Da provare, come antipasto, le caratteristiche "bombette" e i "sospiri", un leggerissimo impasto dolciastro di pizza fritta, farcito con cotto/ crudo/ bufala/burrata. 18/08/2024: Good granitas, brioche with good tuppo, braid or rosetta. Quick and friendly service. Having not tasted sweet or savory, I obviously end my point of view here.

14/07/2024: The granita can certainly be improved, otherwise it's normal, but if you're hot and have few demands, I recommend it
