30/11/2024: Average bar which lately has been lacking in everything, croissants with a strong margarine flavour... oversized cannolini and not typical of the Messina area, babà with little rum... in short, many things need to be improved

01/09/2024: No, pizza that looks like cardboard. Chips on top of the pizza were truly inedible, perhaps from the day before. Higher prices than other pizzerias in the area. I will definitely not order from this pizzeria again.

23/07/2024: Non vi è alcun'ombra di dubbio, la più buona pizza che si possa gustare nella provincia di Messina è solo da Acqua e Farina a Milazzo. Non appena assaporate l'inebriante fragranza degli impasti, uniti a un' incantevole combinazione di ingredienti tutti freschi e di altissima qualità, vi renderete conto che quello con questa pizza sarà un amore a primo morso. Impasti studiati e curati nei minimi dettagli con metodo scientifico, con farine grezze, alta idratazione e con ampi tempi di maturazione e fermentazione,rendono la pizza di una leggerezza e digeribilità uniche che ne viene voglia di mangiarne un' altra dopo la prima. Il cornicione non è decisamente pronunciato nella ormai assodata forma " a canotto" della diversamente napoletana, ma se ne apprezza la consistenza ed il suo sapore. Da provare, come antipasto, le caratteristiche "bombette" e i "sospiri", un leggerissimo impasto dolciastro di pizza fritta, farcito con cotto/ crudo/ bufala/burrata. 27/08/2024: Cena perfetta..location mozzafiato. 10&lode per il tonno con cipolle caramellate. Ottima anche la pasta con pomodorino di pachino e bottarga. Prezzi medio alti ma ne vale la pena. Un elogio al personale gentile ed educatissimo,soprattutto ad una signora molto professionale e gentilissima che a volte fa la differenza.

24/08/2024: We had a good dinner... good Margherita pizza, the atmosphere wasn't bad either... the only defects are the service because they brought it to 10.40pm and also the dessert menu

20/09/2024: We order two cockerels, they are brought to the table after about twenty minutes, I cut them and they are raw inside, I call them back and cook them again (because if you didn't know the cockerels are now cooked on the griddles), they bring them to the table burnt inside 'outside and raw inside, when I point it out the chef objects, I pay and only makes me pay for one chicken. Absolutely to be diverted (they do not have internal air conditioning)

11/09/2024: One of my best burgers in my life, the bun and the meat are so simple, yet tasty, never dry. The fries are made of real potatoes, they have a taste, nothing like the fast-food chains' plastic fries. I usually have the simplest classic burger just to enjoy the simple yet great taste of the components, but when I tried more loaded ones, flavors were balanced and mixed with good taste.
