08/06/2026: Dare I say this is one of the best pizzerias in Nicolosi? No! I've tried them all and can confidently say the quality and service are unmatched. We had dinner for six, and were greeted with an excellent welcome appetizer. The timing of our selection and ordering was impeccable. Special thanks to the wait staff. As the maître d', I appreciated that the napkin change was handled with the necessary care, a practice usually reserved only for luxury hotels. The wait staff (who proved discreet and professional) even brought my wife a new napkin with clips... This isn't a common behavior in a pizzeria, so this tells me the staff was carefully selected. Let's get to the pizza! All the pizzas arrived at the same time, cooked to perfection and with excellent toppings. My guests were delighted, and the evening was a success. Thanks to this place, which unfortunately is a bit of an outsider in the province of Catania. I hope to return soon, if possible.
04/06/2026: Well! Very good pizza, the Norwegian one: accompanied and garnished with smoked salmon, walnuts, arugula, buffalo mozzarella, and finally that lemon-flavored oil 🍋, which gave it that special touch. Thanks to the staff, whose kind and almost pampering manners. Yes, we had a great time 👍

23/02/2026: Caldera is a truly special chalet, immersed in nature and perfect for unwinding. The property is incredibly comfortable and well-maintained, but what makes the stay fantastic is everything the place offers: silence and a unique atmosphere.
Plus, the accommodation includes two mountain bikes, perfect for exploring the surrounding area and fully experiencing the volcano on which Caldera is located: an experience that makes the holiday even more authentic and fun.
Special mention also goes to Flavio, the host, who is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and always available with helpful advice and thoughtful touches that make all the difference.
We had a wonderful time and will definitely return, because this is one of those experiences worth repeating (and enjoying even more).

22/02/2026: We visited this restaurant for lunch on February 20, 2026, driven by expectations that, unfortunately, were completely unmet. The overall experience was profoundly disappointing, to the point that we have categorically ruled out returning.
The service was characterized by a barely excusable sloppiness: disorganized waiting times, poor customer service, and a lack of logical coherence in the presentation of the dishes. The quality of the dishes was modest; in particular, the meat—the centerpiece of the €25 Sunday set menu—was served cold, an unacceptable circumstance from both a gastronomic and professional perspective.
The menu also included two tastings of first courses, which, according to the restaurant's approach, should have been served after the main course. However, only one was served, omitting the second tasting entirely without any explanation. Despite our reporting of the poor service, the final bill included the full cost of both menus, without any adjustment or gesture of attention to the customer.
The overall impression is one of inexperienced management, with staff clearly lacking adequate training in the restaurant industry. In light of the above, we cannot recommend this establishment in any way.
22/02/2026: First and last time we didn't eat well at all, the place was very cold, the service was poor, the price was very high.

02/07/2025: Il locale offre prodotti da forno con possibilità di essere consumato all' interno di un cortiletto privato. I prodotti sono abbastanza buoni e il servizio ai tavoli relativamente rapido. I prezzi sono forse un tantino alti, ma se si tiene conto di quelli che ormai si trovano nei locali della stessa zona, ci potrebbe anche stare. Da riprovare.
