06/07/2025: We were deeply disappointed by the experience at this restaurant. We had a confirmed reservation for 9:30 pm, but once we arrived we were told that it was booked for 9:45 pm, no one had informed us of the existence of a first and second shift, nor of the fact that the reservation did not guarantee a table at the agreed time. To make matters worse, the fact that we were in the company of a pregnant woman, who would have deserved priority, instead, we found ourselves waiting without any consideration, with the invitation from the owner to "relax".
Such disorganized management and such approximate communication make you lose confidence and call into question the seriousness of the place. Too bad, because we had approached with very different expectations.
04/07/2025: The place is certainly very well-kept and elegant, the service excellent but you can't pay 16,50€ for a pizza!!! I'm sorry but it wasn't worth it at all...

07/06/2025: Excellent food and equally the environment, the service "Excellent", spent a few hours in full relaxation sipping an excellent wine recommended and served by the maître d'. Compliments ...!!! The maximum of votes. Highly recommended.
07/06/2025: Pizza not tasty but really salty, service to be improved, 3 requests were not enough to get the drinks, even though the pizzas had already arrived a while ago... shame

20/06/2025: Great Location, But Poorly Maintained and Misleading "Breakfast"
This chalet has a lot of potential, it’s in a peaceful, scenic spot on the slopes of Etna, and the setting is truly lovely. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to the location.
The place felt rundown. Only one of the four kitchen burners worked, which made cooking frustrating. The shower setup was inconvenient, and even flushing the toilet was a hassle. On top of that, a group of 7 or 8 cats constantly hovered around our door, meowing for food — not exactly relaxing.
One of the most disappointing aspects was the so-called "breakfast" that was included in the booking. It consisted of packaged dried toasts, a tiny packaged croissant, and a few apples, none of which we ended up eating. It felt like an afterthought rather than something meant to welcome guests. If we had known the breakfast was going to be this poor, we would have brought our own food.
With proper maintenance and more honest communication, this place could be a gem. But in its current state, it just doesn't deliver.
