08/02/2026: Well-kept place, bathrooms to avoid because they are smelly and dirty even without paper, in short a flaw, good food, good and kind service, another flaw is the bill, unfortunately we did not realize that we paid for things never ordered.
01/02/2026: Good pizza, but average; nothing special considering the menu prices.
The tiramisu tasted only of rum (I couldn't eat it). Prices were too high!
The location is nice, but there were too many tables and too much chaos waiting to be seated.
Also, I had made a reservation, but we waited 50 minutes, and they rudely told me: "The second sitting is at 9:00 PM, don't you know?"
Me: "You could have told me on the phone that I'd have a reservation at 9:30 PM, like they usually do, with the second sitting."
But the owner claimed he'd definitely told me, making me look like a liar, without giving the slightest importance that one should usually give to a customer.

23/02/2026: Caldera is a truly special chalet, immersed in nature and perfect for unwinding. The property is incredibly comfortable and well-maintained, but what makes the stay fantastic is everything the place offers: silence and a unique atmosphere.
Plus, the accommodation includes two mountain bikes, perfect for exploring the surrounding area and fully experiencing the volcano on which Caldera is located: an experience that makes the holiday even more authentic and fun.
Special mention also goes to Flavio, the host, who is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and always available with helpful advice and thoughtful touches that make all the difference.
We had a wonderful time and will definitely return, because this is one of those experiences worth repeating (and enjoying even more).

17/01/2026: I went there after seeing some videos on Tiktok of the owner or I took the meatballs that he advertises at a cost of 50 euros per couple instead I paid 80 euros. The place is absolutely not recommended.
09/01/2026: Pleasant evening. Excellent location, excellent service, good food that respects Sicilian tradition. Recommended.

02/07/2025: Il locale offre prodotti da forno con possibilità di essere consumato all' interno di un cortiletto privato. I prodotti sono abbastanza buoni e il servizio ai tavoli relativamente rapido. I prezzi sono forse un tantino alti, ma se si tiene conto di quelli che ormai si trovano nei locali della stessa zona, ci potrebbe anche stare. Da riprovare.
