24/03/2024: Gluten free not safe. I have been a customer several times, I usually get the usual ice cream: fiordilatte with white chocolate cream. Gluten free obviously. No grains. COMPLETELY WHITE ICE CREAM. This morning, while I was eating it from the cup, I saw several brown "things". I take a napkin and, without making a fuss, I remove the first one. Then I remove the second, then the third and so on. At a certain point, WITH EXTREME EDUCATION, I go to the shop assistants to ask for explanations on the nature of these brownish "things". The orders: "they will be grains". I didn't have an ice cream with sprinkles. And then, what grains? With gluten? Gluten free? Or are they pieces of brioche, waffles, or other flavored ice creams? We don't know. The fact is that both sales assistants not only couldn't give me an explanation, but they also clearly took me for an idiot, as if I was saying something that was beyond human understanding. And those who were with me also noticed this behavior. Always with extreme politeness, I end the conversation by suggesting to be careful next time, because someone could get hurt. And so congratulations to the Fiordilatte staff, you are legendary.

19/03/2024: Great, I'll be back. Recommended sheep's ricotta ice cream!

06/04/2024: Snack with pistachios with ricotta and single portion with fruit, sponge cake and lemon cream. The pistachios were good, but a little cloying and dry. The freshest and softest fruit one. Two coffees and two single portions 9.60 euros (0.50 euros more per person on single portions I believe for table service, not indicated).

31/03/2024: I don't know, something has changed. It was my favorite pizzeria and now I'm always rather disappointed the few times I go back to give it another chance. The pizza is simply not as good as it used to be.

An explosion of fresh and authentic flavours: from the first taste, you can perceive the care taken in the choice of raw materials and the mastery in the preparation of each individual piece. The fish is very fresh, the rice cooked to perfection and the flavor combinations are innovative and surprising. A rich and delicious menu: whether you are a lover of classic sushi or prefer to experiment with new combinations, the Kuaizi menu will satisfy every palate. A welcoming atmosphere: the restaurant is designed with attention to the smallest details, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The staff is kind, friendly, attentive and always ready to recommend the perfect dish. Excellent value for money: considering the quality of the food and service offered, the prices are more than honest. Highly recommended! If you are also looking for gluten-free sushi, the staff is very knowledgeable even though the place is not AIC certified.
