11/09/2024: One of the best in the area! The house appetizer (for two people) is spectacular: 5 courses, one better than the other! First and second courses with quality ingredients, well cooked and plated with care.
The "Murgia rosa" rosé wine (malvasia nera and nero di Troia) is pleasant.
Courteous staff, smiling and knowledgeable in describing the dishes.

13/01/2025: I have been to many corners of the planet, some truly exotic, others very far from us, and yet it is in Manduria that, for the first time in my life, I was served... by a robot! Well yes, in this pizzeria the staff is not only made up of waiters and pizza chefs but also of a couple of friendly robots who bring drinks and dishes to the table.
Modest prices, fairly good pizzas (specifically, absolutely not Neapolitan style, the pizza dough is quite crunchy).

06/01/2025: We took two appetizers that don't even seem like two ultra-measly aperitifs. One meatball each, one segment of artichoke each, two prawns, two three-centimetre strips of cuttlefish, two breasts the size of a chickpea, a spoonful of ricotta, four one-cm cube cubes of aubergine, a small piece of omelette, two small pieces of celery, a 4 cm rocket leaf.
It only happens once!
09/11/2024: Excellent pizzeria located on a small square in the city center!
Remember to book as the restaurant fills up quickly, especially in the summer.

27/10/2024: First and last time I will eat at this place. Raw and flavorless pizza. Annoyed staff we were afraid to even ask for things. We were a table of eight. I kindly ask them to bring us the sauces for the chips and it comes with three sachets, two of ketchup and one of mayonnaise. But then you could see that the waitress was really annoyed...

L'impasto, leggero e ben lievitato, esalta ingredienti di alta qualità e abbinamenti creativi. L'ambiente accogliente completa l'esperienza, rendendola ideale per chi ama il gusto autentico, ma non rinuncia alla sperimentazione.

26/12/2024: Locale gia' recensito ma di anno in anno migliora abbinando elevati standard qualitativi a prezzi piu' che onesti.Pranzo di Natale superlativo,alcune pietanze spinte nei sapori ma eccellenti sempre .Superlativo servizio ai tavoli,come pochissimi altri in zona i.Unico consiglio che potrei darvi e' quello di fare un percorso all'esterno specifico per portatori di sedie a rotelle,in quanto camminare sul basolato e' fastidioso e pericoloso.
26/12/2024: Locale raffinato, servizio impeccabile, cucina ottima. Siamo stati veramente bene, lo chef ha saputo abbinare ottimamente innovazione con la tradizione della cucina pugliese! Consiglio vivamente di fare questa esperienza.
