05/01/2026: From one step to the next, let the music slowly become clearer and clearer. Welcome to the Borgo Antico Bistrot. A charming place located along the perimeter walls of Ostuni's old town. The Instagrammable view, typical Apulian dishes, and a variety of cocktails are its strong points.
04/01/2026: We stopped at this bar after seeing the reviews and it seemed excellent, we had an aperitif and two cocktails, the cocktails were good but the aperitif... a disaster, very hard taralli and crostini, sour ricotta and very hard broad bean puree, not to mention the focaccia which was definitely from yesterday if it wasn't from 2 days ago (that too was hard), only the cured meats were good (1 slice of 4 different cured meats per person) so if you want to stop for a drink, yes but I don't recommend the aperitif.

06/01/2026: Frozen rectangles of focaccia bread. I told the waitress, and she said, "Sorry." The pasta all'ubriacona was overcooked and soggy, and the bombette filled with nothing toasted, as if they were already cooked and reheated in the microwave. The food was priced like a Michelin-starred restaurant. Now they'll say it's not true, but what they wrote is exactly what happened to me.

11/09/2025: We stumbled upon this bistro by chance and had a pretty good meal:
The frise were spectacular (I recommend the one with eggplant, cheese, and sun-dried tomatoes).
The orecchiette with tomato and burrata were neither good nor bad.
The price is average, but if you have to go, stock up on their appetizers.
10/09/2025: It was okay. Unfortunately, nothing more. The food was okay. The wine was okay. Some of the staff were friendly, some not so much. All in all, just okay.

10/09/2025: Overpriced, bland, soggy veggie panini (€7!!!). Restrooms that neither woman nor man wants to use, and to top it all off, screws were being loudly unscrewed right at our feet, even though we were the only ones in the area. My recommendation: bring a picnic.

19/08/2025: I went to this place with a couple of friends for our summer vacation. It was a delightful discovery. The service was excellent, courteous, and flawless. The food was simply fantastic, and perhaps that's an understatement. You feel like you're at grandma's house, from the appetizers to the main courses.
Nina is fantastic. If I ever pass through here, I'll definitely be back. I highly recommend them. They're excellent.

02/11/2025: A bar that upholds tradition. The owner works there, always wearing a white shirt, as a sign of respect for his work. Excellent coffee, excellent pastries, and ice cream that's unlike any other in the city center. It's truly made without any added chemical flavors, with ice cream—one of their original recipes.
Just get an affogato with nut ice cream here. Watch how many locals come every morning, drink coffee at the bar, and chat with the owner. This bar isn't just about great coffee; it's about atmosphere, tradition, and respect for regular customers. When you're greeted with "bonjon ro" as soon as you walk in and your regular order is called.
Those who wrote bad reviews here are simply used to going to tourist spots and haven't noticed how many regulars this place has every morning.
And they maintain the prices of a regular bar, where breakfast with a cappuccino and cornetto costs 3 euros, despite being located in the city center.
