It's absurd that the reception is only open from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. The entire complex requires extensive and constant ordinary and extraordinary maintenance.

We stayed for the weekend. The location was magnificent, the receptionist was friendly, kind, and professional, but... they charged us an extra €15 for our dog (a non-shedding poodle!). A bit excessive when you read in the ad that a pet fee might be charged. The studio apartment was quite dusty, so the poodle would need a bath now! We didn't have dinner or breakfast, partly because there was a horrible, moldy coffee maker. Let's not even mention the unbearable heat in the apartment... the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, with a thin, sagging mattress. I hope this is a constructive review to help us review the costs or improve the services, and if the property is pet-friendly... please lower the prices!

Truly charming place, a little outside of Bardonecchia. Spacious, clean rooms with a small balcony offering a beautiful view.
