01/08/2025: We spent a day at this splendid property in the historic center of Mombaruzzo, taking advantage of the spa package with lunch included. The staff's welcome was impeccable, professional yet warm. The spacious and well-maintained spa is the ideal place to relax and be pampered: clean spaces, a tranquil atmosphere, and an excellent selection of treatments. Lunch, served on the terrace with a splendid view, was a truly enjoyable experience, with refined and beautifully presented dishes in an elegant and relaxing setting. A place we'll definitely return to, to unwind and indulge in a moment of well-being.

At Madama Vigna, you can taste, savor, and enjoy truffles in all their forms: a true paradise for those who want to indulge without limits and without reservations. Both the owner and the waitress were super kind and friendly, welcoming us with a big smile, something you'd rarely find in many places. It's a very simple, no-frills trattoria, but the food is good and the portions are decent. We'll definitely be back, so I highly recommend it.

The atmosphere is warm, simple, and retro, with that authentic flavor of old-fashioned trattorias that is increasingly difficult to find these days. The cuisine is authentic, sincere: traditional dishes prepared with quality ingredients and reasonable portions. From the first course to the last, you can taste the respect for local recipes and the passion for a job well done. The appetizers are very good, the first courses excellent, the second courses and the desserts. The service is friendly, genuine, and attentive, just as you'd expect from a family-run restaurant. Prices are a little higher than the local average, but justified by the excellent food. Highly recommended for those looking for a typical restaurant where you can enjoy authentic traditional dishes. You come here to eat well... and you'll want to return.

20/11/2025: Unfortunately, the good, traditional Piedmontese cuisine of my previous review, today, November 15th, at lunch, went badly. Peppers with bagna cauda, ​​the dish—unfortunately, the sauce used was unsalted anchovies. The dish was inedible. I reported this to the wait staff from that moment on. They were extremely rude; if they could have, they would have sent us away. When it came to the bill, the chef, clearly upset, made no mention of the returned dish. The quality has deteriorated and the prices have gone up. We're not at a Michelin-starred restaurant. We won't be returning.

The tagliolini with mushrooms were far away, and the Piedmontese fritto misto was rather bland and of poor quality. The wine was served in a carafe. For the price, it's not a good value.
