26/12/2024: We were there for Christmas lunch and had a great time. Traditional Piedmontese cuisine, the authenticity and home preparation of the dishes is appreciated. The young Barbera in carafe is very good. Overall an excellent quality/price ratio. We will definitely be back also - but not only - for the thematic proposals (mushrooms, truffles, mixed fried food, bagna caoda...). Congratulations 👍 👏

04/12/2024: All the tradition of our territory is expressed at the highest levels. Stratospheric Russian salad, top quality Fassona meat. The very tender boiled meat, including the head, the salami that melted in the mouth... The desserts: the hazelnut cake made by them, excellent, and the pumpkin and chestnut cake, soft and tasty. Rating:10

22/12/2024: We ate very well in this small restaurant where it is difficult to find a seat... starters (Russian salad, pumpkin flan with fondue and white truffle, artichoke crepes and, for carnivores, peppers in bagna cauda and raw meat), first course ( tagliolini with mushrooms and black truffle) second course (very tasty red cabbage with red wine stew, always for those who ate it). The desserts also lived up to expectations, nougat semifreddo with hot chocolate and, above all, a superlative hazelnut cake. Barbera del Monferrato a little lively and very pleasant. Friendly and attentive service. All for 40 euros per person, willingly spent!

26/10/2024: Family-run farmhouse with few seats and an open kitchen door where you can literally see what they are preparing. Fixed menu 35 euros, water and wine included. Really very good home cooking with an almost guaranteed encore.

06/03/2025: I didn't use the rooms but only went to the restaurant: excellent quality of food, in particular Piedmontese mixed fried food. Unbeatable!!! The best I've ever eaten. Compliments

02/02/2025: Abbiamo scelto l'opzione 3 piatti più il dolce a 37€ e non solo è stato tutto al top ma il proprietario ci ha offerto di sua iniziativa un assaggio di un quinto piatto. Una cucina che abbina la tradizione a una riuscitissima innovazione condita da una cortesia fuori dal comune. Staff giovanissimo, età media 28, che sa già il fatto suo. Ci torneremo e lo consigliamo vivamente

12/02/2025: Lunch in passing, nice surprise for the welcoming restaurant, the waitress very kind and proactive on the menu choices. We recommend the place. Just a small note: the first, triangles stuffed with cotechino... you couldn't taste the cotechino at all.

22/12/2024: Stopped here for lunch, and was totally surprised. It was empty, but the owner was incredibly accommodating, friendly and helpful. Dogs allowed. The food was very good, especially the desert they make (pastiera), and also the pasta with fagioli. Will definitely come again next time I’m in the area!

02/11/2024: What a beautiful discovery in the hills between Alba and Asti!!! A family-run place with local and homemade products. Freshly picked truffles are excellent and served to highlight simple dishes of Piedmontese cuisine.
