05/03/2026: A beautiful, rustic, and well-maintained property in a green valley surrounded by hills. The vineyard and well-kept grounds are beautiful. The owners are extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful. We had lunch, sampling a selection of their own cured meats and cheeses (excellent) and the veal with tuna sauce (delicious). We then moved on to the first courses: risotto al cortese (perfectly cooked, well-creamed, and flavorful, yet delicate) and ravioli del plin with roast sugo (very good). To finish, we sampled braised beef with baked potatoes and pork loin with apples, pine nuts, onions, and raisins, both very good. All washed down with their own rosé and Barbera. Definitely worth a try!

01/01/2026: We had the pleasure of spending New Year's Eve at this wonderful agriturismo... I'd like to highlight the kindness of Emiliano and Gabriella, who have become friends of mine, and the staff, who, despite their young age, are very friendly and accommodating to all our requests. The dishes served were excellent, especially the appetizers and pansotti with walnut sauce. The location is wonderful, and even more so with the music by Claudio Mastromarino, who kept everyone entertained. I highly recommend everyone to go there!!
