26/02/2026: Very pleasant place, excellent food, and attentive service. The girls are nice and courteous, and Peppe has become the go-to guy for the place, friendly and also very good at recommending food. We'll be back for both a special sandwich and a slice of steak.

01/03/2026: My friend and I booked a room for Saturday night and also had dinner there. The food was amazing, everything was delicious, the beef tagliata was exceptional, and the staff were kind and courteous, making you feel at ease. I highly recommend it.

15/02/2026: I've been to this restaurant before and have always had good food. However, after Valentine's Day, I feel compelled to write this negative review because I feel completely cheated. The menu included two appetizers, one first course, one second course, and one dessert for €45. Let's just say I wasn't entirely impressed with the menu, with dishes that I found tasteless and bland. The key issue was the portions; both my partner and I left the restaurant feeling absolutely starving. The two appetizers were literally three forkfuls, the first about 80 grams of rice, and the second a truly ridiculous slice of meat. What really pisses me off is that they're taking advantage of these holidays to rip off customers by promoting four-course menus plus dessert, which in reality amount to little more than an aperitif at €45 per person. That said, because of this incident, I don't think I'll ever return to this place because I felt completely cheated. PS: I told the waitress several times that everything was fine simply because my partner didn't want to start a row. 2 stars instead of one because the place is nice and the atmosphere was pleasant.

14/12/2025: Delicious Sunday lunch. I discovered it by chance when I needed to buy some honey from the stall at the San Benedetto del Tronto Christmas market. The owner told me he didn't have it available at the market but I could find it here, informing me that the tavern also offered lunch or dinner. We went there out of curiosity for lunch. I found the food well-executed and with great attention to detail. The selection of dishes, both on and off the menu, caters to all tastes, including vegans. The appetizers were very pleasant, featuring farm-grown cheeses and cured meats, as were the honey and jams that accompanied them. The first and second courses were good; I found the braised beef a bit dry, but it was flavorful. The service was very kind and friendly. There were three of us, and unfortunately, the first courses weren't all served at the same time, but that's fine. The desserts and coffee served with a moka pot were delicious. The exterior is beautifully maintained, and the beehives are truly beautiful. A great place to spend a lovely Sunday or enjoy some well-executed dishes. Excellent. Prices are average.

29/10/2025: Nice place, shame that orders are still sent on flyers; you have to write them down and then give them to the waiter. There are no tablets. I expected much more, even from the menu. In the end, it's average, nothing special. The only downside is the lack of parking. Dinner price is a bit high at 28 euros.

12/10/2025: It is undoubtedly a quality restaurant where courtesy, customer service, and prompt service are the ingredients of success, complemented by the refined atmosphere. Reservations are required. The welcoming space also offers privacy if needed.

25/01/2026: Gluten-free pizza, INEDIBLE, horrible in taste, appearance, and digestibility. The porcini mushrooms in the chosen flavor were a figment of the imagination: you pay to imagine they're on the pizza! The service was terrible, slow, and confusing. We arrived on time with a table booked for the second shift, but after 35 minutes we found ourselves sitting waiting for our order, only to be told we had to wait longer to order because "the shift had changed." The wait for the pizza was equally long. The price of a terrible gluten-free pizza is €16-17. Furthermore, it's best not to offer gluten-free alternatives if you're not careful about contamination and are selling frozen bases passed off as pizza.

I'm only now writing my review of this restaurant... although I admit I haven't eaten there... because despite having a reservation for March 1st made a month in advance, a few days beforehand I was informed that the restaurant would be closed that day, creating difficulties for me as I had to accommodate a large number of people... so I can only apologize for the enormous lack of professionalism demonstrated... I should point out that I had to tick the options listed only to be able to publish my review... therefore they have no objectionable value...

01/02/2026: From Monday to Friday, you can have a quick lunch at Giusti and eat well. At dinner, you eat equally well; on Saturday and Sunday, you eat equally well and always spend the right amount. I recommend it to everyone; in the summer, there's a little space outside for the kids to play.

27/01/2026: Wow! Great food! Great service. Warm and friendly. We were treated like family. We each ordered a different pasta dish to start with, then we had the tomato chicken. Fantastic. We could not eat it all and they put our leftovers in a gift back for us to bring back to our hotel for later. We had to finish with dessert, and of course strong coffee. They even didn't mind our limited Italian, and they had very good English skills. So glad we stopped in.

09/03/2026: On the Salaria, in Colli del Tronto, ample parking, a welcoming, well-decorated restaurant... The menu is rich in appetizers, first courses, and second courses... The lamb and grilled meat we chose were perfectly cooked, using quality ingredients... The side vegetables and potatoes were delicious... The dessert... tiramisu... delicious... The staff were kind, courteous, and very professional...

08/02/2026: Bad experience at this restaurant. We had a poor but not bad house appetizer, but the sore point was when they brought me a medium-rare steak, practically immersed in a blood-red sauce, tasteless, and unseasoned. I repeatedly asked the waiters for oil and salt, but they never brought anything to the table. Truly disappointed and sorry, I will never return to this place and certainly won't recommend it.

24/01/2026: The staff is friendly and helpful; all the flavors are delicious and creamy. It's worth it, even in winter.
